for the 1999
Business and Arts Award for supporting an art exchange program with
Oyama, Japan. Owner Phil Vince framed, catalogued and displayed 29
works
brought by a visiting Japanese delegation. In addition to donating a piece for a
visit by a Mission delegation to Oyama-cho October
1999, Phil was also a delegate.

Phil Vince owner and operator of CLAIM TO FRAME received the 1999 Vancouver Board of Trade
10th Annual Business and the Arts Award for outstanding contribution to the arts in the category of small business.
Phil received a framed certificate and the Quail Award, carved from Rain forest Marble, by Vancouver artist George Pratt "to recognize the mutual benefits to business and arts groups of corporate
involvement in the arts."
