Welcome!

Replace this picture on the left with  a picture related to the subject of your class and describe it here.   Remember that the district has an almost official policy of not  placing clearly identifiable student pictures  or full names on the net.

I grabbed this image  from geocities collection.  It is a fairly simple procedure to use graphics from the internet, a digital camera, scanned images, or clipart  anywhere on your pages.

This is a trial page using the "page builder" tools at geocities.  I threw this site together in about 45 minutes to an hour as I was experimenting with this tool for the first time.  The page was originally one of their standard templates that I just modified.  I tranferred much of the original page material to the "This Week;s Lesson" page -- follow the link on this page.  It is a "dummy lesson" from geocities.

The weather box above is another feature available from yahoo/geocities.  It is only slightly more difficult to set up than most of the other tools availble here -- but once it is set up it automatically updates and provides links to more detailed weather.  Click either of the cities to see this.

This countdown box is available and easy to use.  It is an "add-on" geocities feature.  By the way (BTW), this text you are reading is produced in a text box -- easy to manipulate and position anywhere on the page.

The two links above link to 2 different pages where I have quickly thrown together dummy assignments.

The message board feature above is simple to install on your page and can have many uses for teachers, parents, and students.  However, I would carefully consider its use. The messages are public, though you can delete material "after the fact".   You may also be implying more contact and availability than you really wish using a feature like this.  Try out this one by clicking on the "click here" and leave a message using the "post" command.
