Mark SaFranko's "Hating Olivia" was released on April 1, 2009 in France as "Putain d'Olivia" to great fanfare. TV 2 reviewed the novel favorably. The Canadian magazine Toro just ran a feature on Mark, which you can read here:

Harper Perennial also acquired the rights to the other Bruno Dante novels "Mooch", "Spitting Off Tall Buildings", and "Chump Change." The release dates T.B.D.
