Steps

1. Open Photoshop. Create a new document. Use the Paint Bucket to add a black background, and use the Text tool to type white text.
   
2. Add a Gradient Overlay layer style. Set the angle to 90. The gradient is as follows: #3A2C0F at 0%, #FFECB3 at 60%, #E9DCA7 at 96%, #120700 at 97% and #D0C15C at 98%.
   
3. Add a Stroke. Set the size to 1 px and position on the Inside. Gradient is #F0E6C2 at 0%, #1D120C at 8%, #8B7C3B at 15%, #1B1000 at 20%, #100400 at 80%, #927D3C at 85%, #180D00 at 95% and #F2E1B5 at 100%.
   
4. Add a Bevel and Emboss. Set the Style to Inner Bevel, Depth to 151%, Direction to Down, Size to 0, Soften to 2, Angle to 45, Altitude to 0. You're done!
