| Cassie awoke again at 9:00am. Jess was still fast asleep. Cassie giggled to herself knowing Jess wouldn't be awake for another 2 hours or so. She got out of bed and took a quick shower. She put on a red tank top with blue jean shorts and went downstairs for some breakfast. Meg was sitting at the island drinking some coffee and reading the newspaper. "Mornin, Meg," Cassie said. "Good morning sweetie, what are you doing up this early? You girls got in a little late last night, I thought you would sleep in." "I thought so too, but I guess not," she smiled sitting across from Meg with some orange juice and cereal. "What do you girls have planned for today?" Meg asked. "Hmm..actually, I think Brian is going to call me and we will probably spend the day together. And Nick and Jess will probably go do something too." "You girls are lucky, do you know that? Do you know how many girls would love to be in your place right now?" Meg said puttin her hand on Cassie's shoulder. Cassie smiled, "I know Meg, I know." Brian woke up around 9:00 also and quickley got in and out of the shower. He chose some kakhi cargo shorts with white Abrocrombie and Fitch polo shirt. When he was ready, he picked up the phone to call Nick. " Lo?...and this better be good," a tired Nick said. "Yo Nick...WAKEEE UPPPP!!!!!" Brian yelled. "IM UP IM UP!!!" Nick said a little annoyed,"now what do you want?" "Well, im gonna call Cassie and we are gonna plan something for today. So, I was letting you know you may have a day alone with Jess." "Really?" Nick said a little too excited. Brian laughed,"Yeah, really. So I'll see ya later. Bye Frack." "Peace Frick." Brian hung up and immediatley dialed another number. "Hello?" "Um...is Cassie there?" "Yes she is, may I ask who is calling?" "This is Brian." "Oh, hello Brian! I am Jessica's Aunt Meg, it's nice to meet you, I will go get Cassie for you!" "Thank you," he said. "Hello?" Cassie said. "Hey Cass! What's up?" Brian said smiling even though she couldn't see him. "Not much, you?" Cassie said. "Oh I was just wandering what you would like to do today?" he asked. "Hmm, I have no idea. Remember this is my first time here," she said. "Ok well how about I plan the day and it'll all be a surprise...is that ok?" Cassie smiled, "That sounds great Bri. So is Nick taking this oppurtunity to spend some time with Jess?" He laughed,"Yeah, when I called him this morning he was more than thrilled to hear he could. Where is she anyway?" "Sleeping,"she laughed,"Jess can never get up early and you calling at 3 this morning didnt help her either." "Oops,"he laughed,"Oh well, Nick was still sleeping when I called too so......I'll be by around 10, is that ok?" "Yep!" she replied. "Ok, I'll let you go then. See ya later, Cassie." "Bye Brian." Cassie hung up the phone and started to run up the stairs where she almost ran right into an almost awake Jess. "Whoa, wake up dude!" Cassie yelled at her friend. "Mmmshutmmnnup," Jess said groggily. "What was that dear friend?" Cassie said knowing if she kept talking to Jess it would really piss her off. "Shuddup!" Jess yelled again and practically tripped down the stairs. Cassie just rolled her eyes and quickly went to finish her hair and make up for her day with Brian. |
