| Reflexology is a form of massage, which uses compression to the feet. It works on the principle that specific reflex zones on the feet are linked to corresponding areas and organs within the body. The theory behind reflexology is that if any of the zones become blocked, due to a disorder, this will show up on the feet. By compressing a specific area of the foot, crystals will be broken down, which will clear the blockage in that zone. Reflexology is an extremely relaxing form of massage. It is beneficial for back, neck and headache complaints and is a valuable aid for those suffering from insomnia, anxiety and stress. |
