like to advise you to read these below FAQs.

General Notice:
* Instructions and details
form part of these conditions.
* ALL bidders/buyers etc must agree to follow below conditions without
consideration.
WARNING!!!
* The names "Cjayj1", 'CJay's Stuff', 'CJay's Auctions' & 'CJay's Email' are NOT
OFFICIAL business names. They are not license, therefore, they MUST NOT be
written as the 'Payee' on a MONEY ORDER. (See under heading 'Payment Terms'
for more details)

Listed Items
FOR AUCTIONS ONLY:
* PLEASE DO NOT USE THE 'BUY IT NOW' features unless you intend to pay
straight away. It�s not fair to
other bidders, and therefore I expect payment for 'BUY IT NOW's to be made
within 5-10 working days as soon
as the INVOICE is sent to your email account.
* The BUY NOW feature is only available in AUCTIONS.
Only at
Oztion.com.au:
* By using the 'BUY NOW' functions in my AUCTIONS you agree to do just that,
decide to buy that item without fail. Change or mind is not negotiable; once
you have clicked 'Buy Now', Oztion.com.au will charge me the fee
(minimum 3% commission fee), even
before I receive the payment for the item.
* I WILL be able to negotiate over ITEM prices only, depending on item, and
value it is currently at.

FOR ALL CJAYJ1'S "STUFF.COM.AU" AND "AUSAUCTION.COM"
MARKETPLACE CLASSIFIEDS & AUCTIONS ONLY!
* INVOICES will be sent through
eBays Invoice sending service.
* Before any payments are to be
made, a INVOICE will be sent to your email account, outlining your order and
your delivery details (as supplied to me, by Stuff.com.au, Support group)
this invoice, of which will needs to be
printed out, and sent with you payment.
* The FULL invoice must be printed as you had received it by email.
Partially printed Invoices may cause me
confusion between the multiple and numerous orders.
* The INVOICE will contain prices of: The item ordered, Postage costs, and a
Commission fee (charged by Stuff.com.au) of 4.95% of the item price (i.e.
item = $2.00, $2 x 0.0495% = $0.09c) of which, you as a buyer unfortunately,
needs to provide.
* Commissions fees DO NOT apply to the items that I am selling on my
CLASSIFIEDS.

Receipts:
* A RECEIPT will be issued and sent with you order (*See line below)
* A RECEIPT will NOT be issued for orders UNDER $5.00, unless requested.

* If you (or Stuff Support) provides information
about yourself to me, I will use this information to provide you with the
products you have ordered and may supply you emails of future item sales.
* You can be certain that the personal details that I have retained from
Stuff is to be only used for the
following reasons:
- To contact you in relation to a sale of an item I am selling.
- To answer any of your questions
- To process payments
- To send you your order
- To send you new item updates (if you choose - see next heading)
The sole purposes of using you details are strictly for business only.
Your details will not be passed onto anyone else, and will only be used by
me.

* Please advise me, by email, if you would like to join my 'CJAY�s Stuff
E-Mail List.'
* You will receive updates of future items I may be selling. (You will be
sent an email when I have listed a new item)
* If you choose to join my E-Mail list, the only Emails that you will
receive will be STUFF and item sales related, and strictly to Junk Mail.

all Free posters/celebrity images that you order, you have one of the
following options...
i/ you can advise me that you would like to continue to receive them from me
(your choose posters, e.g. Delta Goodrem) but provided you provide me with
postage costs, (after I send you an email informing you I have posters
avaliable for you)
ii/ Cancel any continuations of mailings, you can do so, by sending me a
blank email with the subject line as 'Please cancel my order of _________
Posters' (please specify 'who' on the line)

Sales Returns:
* I do not handle any returns and cannot exchange or refund. I am not
entitled to do that. I will not take any
responsibilities if you decide to change you mind, or if the item was not
what you fully expected, once you have received your order. You were advised
to contact me, for details and information, BEFORE you decide to buy
anything.

Listing Errors:
* I'd like to advise you that I handle many items, and from time to time, an
error in my listings may occur.
These errors cannot be dealt with unless you advise me. If any errors in my
listings did occur, they were fully
accidental. Many hours have been put into my listings so I cannot guarantee
all my listings' information will be
accurate.
