Summary: Crichton and Aeryn start a relationship on Earth, but will her memory shatter their dreams.

"I'll get it," Aeryn said getting up.
Aeryn walked to door trying not trip of her bag of papers and his boots. She then went at the door unlocking it knowing who it was. Daisy was standing in front of her looking a little nervous and Aeryn had no idea why.
�Hey, Aeryn I called your place and you weren't home," she said.
"Daisy it a little early," she said trying to sound awake.
"It�s after seven...I�m sorry I woke�can we have lunch this afternoon since you�re not awake," Daisy said.
"Sure, I'll see you at noon," Aeryn said.
�See yea then�tell John hi,� Daisy said.
Daisy left and Aeryn stood there for a few more moments and then started her way back to the bedroom. She first picked up her some of her paper then john�s boots. She knew it was kind of wrong cleaning up his living room but she need to know she would kill her self next time she walked out. She then started her way back into the bedroom and went back to her place in Crichton's bed. It took him a few seconds before he noticed she was back but when he did he wrapped his arms around her and she gave a small smiled.
"So, I guess a lunch date is out of the question," John said kissing her neck.
"Yes, but I'm open for dinner," Aeryn said turning to face him as he gave her kiss.
"Really, how about I pick you up at eight," John said between kisses.
"Great, I'll be waiting," Aeryn said letting him settle on top of her.
The truth was Daisy thought they were moving a little fast for a new couple, but then she thought they'd known each other their entire lives. Aeryn had lived across the street from them, and had been Daisy friend since they were 3 years old. There wasn�t an event in each of their lives that John hadn�t been apart of, but she still worried.
Aeryn went to work and started working on her experiment of speed and time. It was a tough theory she was trying to prove, but she knew with the money grant they just got they could do it. Aeryn sat waiting for Daisy to show hoping it was not anything bad she wanted to talk about. A very happy Daisy walked into the Caf� Aeryn couldn�t believe she had been a little irritable for the last week or so.
�Hey Aeryn,� Daisy said.
�Ok what are you so happy about,� Aeryn asked.
"I'm Pregnant," Daisy said.
"Say that again," Aeryn said in shock.
"I Know I was shocked too. I went over to your place and when you weren't there I went to Crichton's since you spend 99 percent of your time with him," Daisy said.
"Daisy," she said softly.
"Aeryn, I know I wasn't happy at first about you and Crichton, I thought you two were moving a little fast. Then DK reminded me that you two have know each other as long as DK and I, so please be just be happy," Daisy said.
�A little fast,� Aeryn said.
�I guess I thought you two just didn�t want to be alone any more�but last week I saw how happy you were and DK words sunk in,� Daisy said.
"Thanks, I just can't wait until tonight...John had something he wanted to tell me," Aeryn said.
�Well it your one month anniversary,� Daisy said.
"So how are going to tell DK, that he's going to be a daddy," Aeryn asked.
"I don't know, if you could tell John then I'll only have to worry about DK, I�d love you forever and ever," Daisy said.
�Sure if you tell DK tonight,� Aeryn said and Daisy nodded a yes.
Aeryn and Daisy started to talk about names and how she could tell him. Aeryn was more curious as what John wanted to tell her. She knew it was important, but how important with John it was hard to tell. He seemed happy even DK said he was more like the John before the accident and his illusions he made up. It was kind of funny that Aeryn Sun was part of them she still thought that was funny.
Aeryn had put on a sleeveless black dress, about 2 inches above knee length. Along with the locket John had given her a week before, for her birthday. She wore the black pumps she wore on their first date a little over a month ago and her hair was pulled back in a French braid. As she was about to call Crichton to see if he was coming he walked in to her house.
"If is not the radiant Aeryn Sun," John said as she smiled and fixing his tie he wore.
"Thanks, you look good too," Aeryn said as he took her hand and they laced their fingers together and walked to his car.
"Crichton, this is where we had out first date," Aeryn said getting out of his car.
"Yep�but with Daisy and DK," John said taking her hand once again.
They started to walk and as they walked in people gave them that look they had a month ago. They were seated and he smiled her winner smile. She knew that tonight was special not because he had something for her, but because she was with him. She still would like to know what he was up to and she knew DK knew what it was she could feel it.
"John what are you up to," Aeryn said.
"You'll see... order," he said kissing her hand.
The music played softly in the background and they danced a few times. They ate the food they ordered and he still hadn�t told her anything. She to the restroom and an elder woman gave him a small smile and he knew she knew something was up. Aeryn came back and took her seat next to him and he started the speech he had rehearsed a thousand times in the last day or two.
"Aeryn Sun I love you...I know that we only been dating for a little over a month. So I can understand your surprise about what I'm about to ask. Aeryn will you move in with me," John asked as she looked up at him and gasped.
"Move in with you," Aeryn said never breaking eye contact.
"Yea, we spend every night together, so it not like is something new, but this way when we pay rent we are paying for a place we both actually live in," John said.
�John it�s different�we have to get rid of stuff, then we have to buy new stuff for the stuff we got rid if and�� Aeryn said.
�Aeryn if it help we�ll get rid of all my stuff,� John said and that made her laugh.
"Well�only if we moving in to my house since it's bigger,� Aeryn said as he smiled and kissed her once again.
�John Daisy Pregnant, Aeryn said.
"Excuse me,� John said.
"That why she wanted to see me this morning�we're going to have dinner with her tomorrow," Aeryn said.
"OK, we can tell them about this then," John said.
"Yes, I say we go home and celebrate," she said and he smiled at her.
"You read my mind Dr. Sun," John said paying the bill.
Walking into the house they took of their coats and went at each other hungrily as they walked towards the bedroom. Kissing passionately he pressed her against the door as she turned the doorknob to what was now their bedroom. As they were going at each other clothing, she saw another image of herself.
[She was in a room with a woman who was blue and they were eating green cubes.] She stopped suddenly and looked at him, knowing he would not believe her so she pushed him on the bed and settle on top of him. She was lying on the bed as he slept and thinking about the small images that kept coming to her mind. What were they, would he think she was nuts and run or would he stay and help her.
They had got ready for Daisy and DK dinner when John told her Jack might be coming. She thought that was great since it been a while since the last time he�d seen him. They finally got into the car and started their way towards their house. While John and DK were talking about the last football game, Aeryn and Daisy were talking about baby plans.
"John you had something you wanted to tell us also," DK said with a knowing smile.
"I don't want to ruin your night," John said.
"John, just tell us," Daisy said and he looked at Aeryn.
"John and I have decided to move in together," Aeryn said and Daisy actually looked happy when she gave them a hug.
"So where will we be sending you Christmas Card," DK asked.
"Aeryn's House since it is bigger and she owns it," John said as Jack knocked at the door.
�It�s Dad,� Daisy said.
"Sorry I'm late," Jack said hugging Daisy.
"That fine daddy, you already know about DK and my surprise�you should ask John about his," Daisy said.
He looked at his son, who over the last month seemed to be normal again. Jack had to admit that Aeryn had been a positive thing for him. He could tell it was about Aeryn by the look on their faces and hoped for the best.
�Well what is it John,� Jack said.
"Dad...Aeryn and I are moving in together,� John said and Jack hugged Aeryn.
"If I knew all you would of ended up together I would of never allowed those slumber parties," Jack said.
Once again it was a good family night, like when John just got out of the hospital, but he didn't have to pretend to be happy he was. He really was happy, Daisy and DK were married and expecting a child, Jack was happy and alive, and Aeryn and he were together and living together. But there was something wrong something in the back of his head that told him this was all a lie.
D'argo walked in to command in a very bad Luxan mood and needed to talk to Zhaan. It had been over a month since Aeryn had left and there was still no word from her or Crichton.
"It's been over 5 weekens since Aeryn left to find Crichton," D'argo said.
"I know, they'll return...it can't be easy for him to know the Aeryn's fate is in his hands give them more time, Zhaan said.
"If he knows at all," Pilot said.
"What do you mean," Zhaan said.
"Moya told me that he sent Aeryn there without her memory of Moya, it could take her cycles to remember who she really is," Pilot said as Zhaan looked at D�argo who had grown a little angrier.
"Crichton knows, and he will find away out of it," Zhaan said.
D�argo had to admit over the last few cycles Crichton had change into a warrior he was glad to have at his side. He was a good tech, and they really needed one right now. Zhaan went back to her quarters to mediate, she needed to pray for Crichton and Aeryn's return.
Two weeks had past since John had moved in and it was not easy. They had to buy new things to make up for some of the old stuff they got rid of. She knew this was a huge step, but she wanted to make it. The house was back in order, clean, and efficient. John started to have dreams once again about Moya and didn't know what to do about them. He was just glad that he had Aeryn with him or he didn�t know what he would have done.
"What do you mean you can send me home," John said.
"As I said human, you will go back to earth and live a normal life, but remember you are not the same. So you will have only one chance to come back to Moya...so think while you are home on earth, is earth really your home now," the alien said. He waved his hand and John was gone from Moya.
As Crichton slept he started to see more details of his dreams, he could see the faces. The woman he called Aeryn Sun was Aeryn. He could remember what they look like, because it was not a dream. He woke up in a second and saw Aeryn lying next to him. She looked so peaceful--so human. He remembered that night on false earth and knew he had to get her back, for he knew now why he loved her so much.
"Yes a week...Yes a cabin...thanks...alone�great bye," John said hanging up the phone as Aeryn came in.
"Who was that," Aeryn said.
"Well I called your work and you are due for a vacation...so we leave in an hour for a week in a cabin," John said.
"But Billy is out on his honeymoon and we still have a lot of work to do," Aeryn said.
"Lewis took it...it's been two years since you took a vacation...so come on. One week with no DK or Daisy just you and me in the middle of nowhere," John said as he put his arms around her waist and kissed her neck and then turned her around and kissed her lips while his hand went up her skirt.
"Give me twenty minutes to pack," she said kissing him back.
"We leave in an hour sunshine," John said and she stopped for a second then started her way towards the bedroom.
Aeryn had changed from her business clothes, to a black tang top, and blue jean with her hair was up in a ponytail. John had changed from his work clothes to a baggy pair of jeans and a black t-shirt.
"We have this thing with black don't we," Aeryn said.
"I think it look better with a leather vest," he said.
Then an image came to her, she had on a dark color shirt and black leather vest and she was walking in to another room looking for someone. It took her a few second to snap back to reality and John smiled he was getting her to remember something. It was almost five hours from when they left their home to get to the cabin and Aeryn loved it. John gave a small smile but knew that he had to ruin if he wanted to go home-- to Moya.
"Aeryn we need to talk�you are not human you are sebacean. A peacekeeper...we live on a ship...a living ship called Moya. I think you were sent here to find me, and maybe to bring me back to Moya...I don't know, but this is not you. You have to remember who you are so you can go back and live your life on Moya," John said.
�John I'm Aeryn Sun and I've known you all my life. Ok I'm head of my department in theoretical science,� Aeryn said smiling.
�Aeryn I know you don't believe me...but have you seen images that seem like you dreamed them, but they seem like memories," John said touching her face.
"John I've been having these images ever since the first night we slept together, of a ship, weird weapons and a blue woman...well I think it's a woman," Aeryn said.
"Zhaan...do you remember Pilot, Moya, Dargo, Chiana�or Rygel. Well I don't know who could forget Rygel, but anyway," John said a little bit hopeful.
"No, all I know is that I love you, and you are all I want in this world or that one if it�s real," Aeryn said.
She leaned forward and kissed him with great force and he tried to push her away, but couldn't. Her touch made him crazy, her kiss made him hungry for more, and he couldn't let go of her. Aeryn got up a few hours later as Crichton lied there asleep and as she thought of all the things John names her memories came back and she was Aeryn again.
"Oh...my...what the frell have I done...what the frell have we done Crichton," Aeryn said.
Remembering the last almost two months she lived on this planet as a human. She had changed inside she could feel it, she could feel that there was something between them. That this life she was given just let it come out, but could she give up Moya for it-- no they needed her and him.
"Crichton wake up...Crichton time to get up," Aeryn said.
She had not remembered it being this hard to wake him in their house or on Moya. But then she thought about how much she must have worn him out. Then she got a plan and smiled a little it was kind of Crichtonish, but it would probably work.
"Crichton we need you on command Pilot spotted a Peacekeeper carrier," Aeryn said in peacekeeper mode.
He woke up fast and started to get dress until it hit him where he was. He looked at a very embarrassed Aeryn, since she noticed all she was wearing was one of his t-shirts. He looked at her in the eyes and it hit him she remembered, was it good or bad he didn�t know.
�You remember,� Crichton said.
"Crichton if you don't return to Moya neither can I," she said breaking eye contact as he thought as much as he loved Earth the alien was right he had changed too much to stay.
"Get dressed," Crichton said more of an order then a request.
For the first time since he woke up she looked him in the eyes and did as he requested. At first she had forgot that they weren't lovers, but Crichton looked at her and she went into the bathroom. She once again wore her blue jeans and black shirt. It took her a few moments to go out of the bathroom and face him, because she knew saw him in the eyes of a lover and not a friend or comrade.
"How do we return to Moya," John said.
As he went look at Aeryn he noticed he was in his cell on Moya with all the items he had packed for the trip, Aeryn had all her clothing and belongings also in her cell. She held up a picture of her and Crichton that was taken a few weeks ago at Jack's Birthday Party. His arms were around her waist and she held on to them, his head rested on her shoulder and she was leaning back a bit, it was a perfect picture for a once perfect couple. She hid it under her pillow so he would not see how important he was to her.
Crichton seemed to be happy to get back to his old life on Moya. He was glad that D'argo yelled at him, the Zhaan was worried, that Rygel made some remark about him, that Pilot and Moya needed him and that Chiana need him as a friend. Aeryn was glad to be back, but unlike Crichton she would never forget earth, Daisy, or her life that she had lived. The memories were still implanted in her head as they were in his. And as much as her peacekeeper side hated it they were going to stay there. Crichton and Aeryn still could not look each other in the eyes and rarely talked to one another since their return. So at night Aeryn cried for the loss of her friends, family and for the coldness that she felt without Crichton...for she really did love him.
