Summary: Yoda has a vision of the future and is going to make sure it comes true. *This Chapter has very little Lars Family stuff* LOTS of Anakin/Padme moments!

�Master I have a bad feeling about this,� Anakin said.
�As do I my�as do I,� Obi-Wan said.
�I am to be Senator Amidala bodyguard until further notice,� Anakin said.
�Why,� Obi-Wan asked.
�They think it would be a good first mission as a new Jedi Knight,� Anakin said.
�And you�ve already done it once, so you�d know what to expect,� Obi-Wan said.
�Yes, I leave for Naboo tomorrow,� Anakin said.
�Be careful Anakin don�t let your feeling fog you judgement,� Obi-Wan said.
�I won�t Master I�ll keep a clear mind,� Anakin said.
Obi-Wan watched Anakin leave the room. Memories passed through his mind of him of Qui-Gon and of Anakin. The first time they met, Qui-Gon funeral, their first mission and many more things. His own fear of not being a good master to Anakin of failing Qui-Gon. The nine-year-old boy had grown to a brave kind young man.
�Mister Anakin,� Threepio said.
�Good day Threepio,� Anakin said.
�Anakin what are you doing here,� Padme asked.
�I am here to do my job,� Anakin said.
�I thought they were sending a Jedi Knight,� Padme said.
�They did,� Anakin said walking into the house.
Had that much changed in the two months she had not seen him. Yea she never did get have lunch with him. She went back one more time but he was busy with some Jedi stuff. So she left for Naboo not knowing if she�d ever see him again. He went to the room he stayed in those few months ago. It was then that she noticed he didn�t have a Padawan braid anymore.
�The Jedi Order will pay for what they did to my father,� Boba said.
�Yes they will,� Palpatine said.
The young boy went over to his father grave to mourn once again. It had only been two months but seemed longer to him. In one moment his father was there than gone like that. His head was detached from his body by a lightsaber and a jedi knight. He has no idea if what Palpatine called The Empire would be better but at least it got rid of the Jedi Order.
When Padme woke up she found Anakin outside looking into the distance towards the lake. His back was to her and she began to wonder what he was thinking of. Was he sad that he was here while the rest of the Jedi were getting ready for a battle of some sort? Or was he glad to be here with her knowing he could protect her no matter what. Then again he could be thinking about something totally different he could be thinking about Owen and Beru or Amie or Shmi and Cliegg.
�Good morning Milady,� Anakin said.
�You don�t have to call me that it�s just us,� Padme asked.
�I know, but I have my job to do,� Anakin said.
�Ani I can�t pretend I don�t love you,� Padme said.
�If I give in I will become distracted,� Anakin said still not turning around.
Padme knew he was right he had to be clear at mind. If they gave into this feeling it would lead to him not being clear at mind. She walked away slowly not bothering to look back. She could hear the sadness in his voice as he spoke the unsaid words were enough. He�d be with her until this war was over they�d chosen him for a reason. Anakin could feel her emotions and it hurt him more than she would ever know. Yoda said that this was meant to be he was to protect her and he would. That this would lead him to his future as a Jedi Knight and The Chosen One. Yoda also said that no one will ever know he is The Chosen One unless he wished it and he didn�t want that.
�Tell me that again,� Obi-Wan said.
�Master Yoda said Anakin and Padme would marry soon,� Mace said.
�Anakin would never do that not without our okay,� Obi-Wan said.
�That�s the thing, Yoda said he will give the okay,� Mace said.
�What,� Obi-Wan said.
�Said this marriage wouldn�t be one of attachments since she has a job that requires a lot of her,� Mace said.
�Is that why he choose Anakin for this mission,� Obi-Wan said.
�No said Anakin was prefect for it having protected her before,� Mace said.
�There more to this I can feel it,� Obi-Wan said.
�Me too,� Mace said.
Yoda knew none of them understood why he would give the okay for this marriage. They also didn�t know that Anakin would never ask but be told it would be okay. Anakin would make the choice once he knew that the council was okay with it. For Yoda saw the future if Anakin and Padme marry with the council okay, twins will born and more children after that and the Jedi order will be strong. But if they do not marry with the council okay both Anakin and Padme will die during this war and the order will come to end. The Jedi Order will die without Anakin for Yoda know did believe he was the chosen one.
�It�s a beautiful night,� Padme said.
�Yes it is,� Anakin said.
�Ani I do understand,� Padme said.
�Milady this is hard for me too
�I ask you to call me Padme,� Padme said.
�When I can be just me again I�ll call you Padme,� Anakin said.
�Mister Anakin there is call for you,� Threepio said.
�From,� Anakin said.
�The Jedi Council,� Threepio said.
�Excuse me Milady,� Anakin said.
�Master,� Anakin said.
�The council would like you to know that any kind of relationship between you and Senator Amidala is accepted,� Obi-Wan said.
�Relationship,� Anakin questioned.
�Yes your personal relationship like marriage but only if the council is present at the wedding only,� Mace said.
�We�re not getting married Master Windu,� Anakin said.
�Not yet,� Yoda said.
�I understand Masters,� Anakin said.
Now Anakin was totally confused, one day there telling him to stay away from her now they are okay with her. Not only that but if he wants to marry her he can, if the council is present. Master Yoda will probably do the ceremony, but who is to say she will accept if he asked. He noticed she was wearing the same outfit she was when he saw her for the first time in ten years. He walked over to her standing so close he could have kissed her if wished.
�Padme Naberrie Amidala will you marry me,� Anakin said.
�What,� Padme said.
�I do love you and I want to marry you if you�ll let me,� Anakin said.
�But The Jedi Council,� Padme said.
�Has agreed to it, I guess they thought we�d already been talking about it,� Anakin said.
�Thank yes I will,� Padme said.
�One thing the council has to be present bless the marriage,� Anakin said.
�We could have one big wedding here,� Padme said.
�Right here,� Anakin said.
�I contact my family,� Padme said.
�Don�t tell them it�s a wedding tell them it�s an import social,� Anakin said.
�What,� Padme said.
�We don�t know who will be listening,� Anakin said.
Padme gave her future husband a smile and a quick kiss before rushing into the other room. Anakin had no idea how the council thought of them getting married maybe they saw something he didn�t. Padme said the �Social� was in three days form then. That was just enough time for all of Anakin friends from the Jedi Temple and Tatooine to get there. Yoda agreed to send someone to get his family on Tatooine then send them back right after the wedding.
�Master,� Anakin said.
�Ani is everything alright,� Obi-Wan said.
�Besides Padme and her sister bickering,� Anakin said.
�What,� Mace asked.
�Her sister thinks this should be a big event for everyone to see,� Anakin said.
�I think small and quiet is best,� Deven said.
�I agree,� Seba said.
�Gods I missed you both,� Anakin said as they hugged.
Padme and her sister were once again arguing about something when she saw Anakin leaving. She followed him to see a bunch of Jedis and his family from Tatooine. She straightened her dress before walking towards them. Seeing them all was different this time. They all were Anakin family, the family she was about to enter. What was she getting her self into did she even know. Yoda looked at her and smiled so far everything was going as planned.
�Senator Amidala,� Obi-Wan said.
�Master Kenobi,� Padme said.
�Padme it�s so good to see you,� Shmi said hugging her.
�Come you all must be tired,� Padme said.
Anakin and Padme walked side by side towards the house. Almost all of Padme family would here tomorrow. They had invited Bail Organa and Jar-Jar but they were busy with Senate. Of course if they had said the social was Anakin and Padme wedding they would have come. Padme smiling slightly as she got ready for bed that night, it was her last getting ready for bed alone. Obi-Wan came into Anakin room to find him mediating. How many times had he asked not to mediate and he was doing it on his own.
�Is there a problem Master,� Anakin said.
�No,� Obi-Wan said.
�Master I was wondering if you�d mind being my best man,� Anakin said.
�I�d be honored,� Obi-Wan said.
�Master did you ever fall in love,� Anakin said.
�Once but we knew it could never work,� Obi-Wan said.
�Master I�ve never been so scared and happy all at once,� Anakin said.
�Just wait,� Obi-Wan said.
Obi-Wan fell asleep in the same room as Anakin. This was going to be hard tomorrow, watching Anakin move on as a man and Jedi Knight. He was a skilled Jedi and kind man Obi-Wan knew that, and soon he�d be a husband. Obi-Wan watched him sleep think Anakin might be a father someday as well. Their children will be given to Temple to train as Jedi knights. He might even take one of them as a Padawan if he chose to. Deep in his mind he could hear Qui-Gon voice telling him he had done well that he was proud of him.
�Thank you Master,� Obi-Wan said.
Padme was in the same room as her future mother-in-law and Beru. Amie was outside playing a game with the other children. Shmi hadn�t seen a woman look so beautiful since Beru wedding. Padme was scared, excited, happy, and nervous all at once. Her mother loved Anakin, saying he was handsome, kind, smart, and brave what more could you ask for. Padme knew the galaxy would find out soon that she was now Senator Skywalker wife of Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker.
�It�s time,� Seba said.
�I don�t think I can do this,� Padme said.
�Padme you�ve face worse things,� Shmi said.
�But what if is a mistake what if we�re not meant to be,� Padme said.
�Do you believe that,� Beru said.
�No,� Padme said.
�Senator,� Seba said.
�Let�s go,� Padme said.
The wedding was not as big as most Senator wedding and for one who was the Queen it was simple. She could still hear hundreds of people asking her to stay another term. But she quite those memories as she stood in front of Anakin who was in his Jedi robes. Yoda and a Naboo priest stood next to one another for each part of the wedding they both did their part according to tradition. But Anakin and Padme barely heard anything they said. They slipped their rings on the other hands smiling at each other.
�May the force be with your marriage,� Yoda said.
�You may kiss the bride,� the priest said.
Anakin and Padme gave a short laugh at the strange way their wedding went on. He captured her lips in a soft but passionate kiss. People laughed, giggled cheered and clapped for them. This was the beginning for forever this was the marriage that would even help or destroy the galaxy. Everyone knew that it would probably help the galaxy, because everyone saw the love between them.
�Something is wrong,� Palpatine said.
�What is wrong,� Boba asked.
�I don�t know but something has happened,� Palpatine said.
�The clones are ready for the first attack,� Boba said.
�Good,� Palpatine said.
Padme was the happiest she had ever been in. The fact that Anakin was leaving in two hours was her only problem. She had every known Naboo guard here to protect her. The clones had attacked one of the outer planet in the republic so they called all Jedi Knights to Coruscant. Jar-Jar still held her place in the senate until further notice. She was being taken to a new location because of the wedding.
�I�ll be back soon,� Anakin said.
�I know just be careful Ani,� Padme said.
�I will,� Anakin said.
�It�s surprising how good Jar-Jar is doing,� Obi-Wan said.
�Maybe he�s found his calling Master,� Anakin said.
�Maybe,� Obi-Wan said.
Padme looked out at Alderaan city as Bail stood in the background talking to some maidens. His future wife was talking nonstop about their upcoming wedding. Padme tried to listen to her she really did try but all her thoughts were on Anakin. They had only been married for a little over a month and she had not seen him in weeks. He was fighting with the other Jedis against Palpatine who had crowned himself emperor of what he called The Empire.
�Senator Amidala,� Kari said.
�I am sorry Princess I was just,� Padme said.
�Thinking about your husband,� Kari said.
�I�m scared for him� Padme said.
�I know I get the same feeling when Bail leaves,� Kari said.
�Well in four days you�ll be married,� Padme said.
�I pray Anakin will show up,� Kari said.
�As do I,� Padme said.
�Shmi,� Cliegg said.
�I got a letter from Padme still no word,� Shmi said.
�He�s a skilled Jedi he�ll be fine,� Cliegg said.
�Mama is Ani okay,� Amie said.
�Yes dear he�s just doing his job,� Shmi said.
�Then why do you worry,� Amie asked.
�Because I�m his mother,� Shmi said.
Anakin and Obi-Wan slipped in the back to get to Bail before the wedding started. Bail gave Anakin and smile pointing to the room his wife was in. Bail knew that this would be how he would be acting when he was gone for so long. Kari would be staying here on Alderaan being the Queen of Alderaan while he did his job on Coruscant. Anakin walked into the room Padme stood in her yellow dress. As if an alarm had been set off she turned around to see Anakin there. Not wasting one moment she racing to him and he took her into his arms.
�God I miss you,� Padme said.
�I missed you too,� Anakin said.
�I was afraid that,� Padme said.
�Shush we�ll talk after the wedding,� Anakin said.
Padme walked into her room to find Anakin on the floor in his sleeping pants with no shirt on. She was wearing a white nightgown. He looked up at her as she sat down to comb her hair then went to settle into the bed. Anakin slipped into the bed as she smiled at him. She kissed him first forgetting that they only had a few more days here on Alderaan. She would be going back to Coruscant for the election of Naboo. They would be picking a new King or Queen and she knew she had to make an appearance. He had to go back to discuss the war with the council. Anakin told her in the last few months they had come very far in this war. Obi-Wan said that he didn�t think the war would last much longer for Palpatine was becoming very weak in power.
�I can�t believe it,� Padme said.
�I can believe it,� Anakin said.
�What,� Padme said.
�You were a good queen of course they are going to bring you back,� Anakin said.
�Ani they want to make it where I will rule until my death then I choose my successor,� Padme said.
�I know I heard it�s a good custom and good idea,� Anakin said.
�I�ll have to give most of my time to Naboo,� Padme said.
�Yoda said we both would have are jobs that why he approved of out marriage,� Anakin said.
�But our children will have to stay with me on Naboo,� Padme said.
�We�ll discuss that when it comes now look at the bright side,� Anakin said.
�What bright side,� Padme said.
�At least you won�t have to ware the make up all the time now,� Anakin said joking.
�Anakin call your mother she�s been very worried about I have to go give my answer,� Padme said.
�I will accept if Jar-Jar Binks will remain Senator,� Padme said.
�Accepted�Queen Amidala,� Bail said.
