Read pp. 165-179 in your textbook.  Be prepared to discuss these readings in class.

Wednesday and Thursday: Movie.

A film will be shown about the War of 1812.  For Friday write a two (2) page summary of the film.  *Taking notes while watching the fill may be helpful.  The more specific information used in the summary the higher your score will be.

 

Friday: Computer Lab.

Read pp. 180-201 in your textbook.  We will head to the computer lab so you can have time to work on your PowerPoint presentation and look up information on why the United States won the war.  Use this time to look up graphics and/or sounds to add to your presentation.  Your presentation should be sent to me before you leave class.
