| If you wish to make exterior home improvements (including temporary improvements), plans need to be submitted a month in advance to the ARC. The ARC has 30 days from the date of receipt to make a decision. Failure to give notice of any home improvements (fences, decks, storage buildings, etc.) is in violation of covenants.
