Brundisium is one of the largest and busiest ports of Gor. This large walled city is a saltwater port located 100 pasangs south of the Vosk Delta on the shores of the Thassa. With port facilities rivaling those of Cos and Tyros and the Genesian Road linking it with other coastal cities, much of the merchandise and supplies transported into the landlocked northern interior come through Brundisium, making it a commercial metropolis. Although officially allied with Ar, through the treachery of her former Ubar, Brundisium served as the staging point for the great Cosian invasion of Ar. It goes without saying that Brundisium and Ar are no longer allied. Here as in most Gorean cities, kajirae are not allowed outside the city gates unless in the keeping of a free person.
