There will be no private posts toward kajirae without prior consent, same goes for the Free People. If the kajirae's Master/Mistress is in the room, permission must be from Them as well.

The rule of the UBAR is absolute, no arguing whatsoever is possible. If a Member has a problem, have that Member take it to a Council Member.

Slaves that are not owned by a Master/Mistress will automatically be considered to be City kajirae. Meaning that the slave belongs to the Ubar & Ubara and Brundisium PP. Such kajirae will wear the {CoB} after their last given name.

Masters/Mistress' that desire for a slave to wear Their personal kolar will contact the Ubar or Ubara via the City Message Board or in Person. The request will be considered. Runaways and sword right kolars do not need to be discussed. It is the Master's right to kolar such into His kolar. Frees may have NO MORE then 3 kajirae in Their kolar. ONLY 1 slave my be restricted or in White silks (after all this is Gor).

Frees that do not look after Their slaves will find Their slaves wearing the {CoB} collar.

All Freeperson's names must start with a capital letter, all kajirae's name must be lower case.

All Free Persons are to be treated with absolute respect by any and all slaves (personal or city). If there is a problem with a Free Person, the slave will continue to show Them the utmost respect and report the incident to a trainer, first girl/boy, second girl/boy and/or Ubara at the earliest possible time, so that it can be dealt with quickly.

Visiting FW will act properly and avs will be fitting to a Proper FW. This means clothed and not showing too much flesh. FW acting out of line of the home's rules will be kolared!

NO dual Membership will be allowed. WHEN found out it will be dealt with harshly.

Free Members of the City are to practice sparring. Always keep Your weapons at Your side. FW are also encouraged to be active in the City, cooking, making special items, etc. The City should look active if P/people are in it.

All newly kolared slaves are to be placed in a {CoB} collar untill the kajirae Coord. or Ubara has had a chance to speak with them, then changes will be made. This goes for personal kolars as well. NO EXCEPTIONS!

All trainers may cage a slave that is being disrepectful, unruly or breaking one or more of the rules.

Only those slaves of the Shadow Talon of or the FW from there will be allowed to enter this city unescorted. Any O/others will be caged unless it is an Ubara or Tatrix, then She is to be chained to the Dias as a Special Guest and offered the services A/any would give a Guest. But the chain is to be on Her ankle till Someone from Her stone pays for Her release. Also, if it is a G/guest of the Ubara T/they are to be allowed safe Passage

FW may travel ONLY with an approved Escort. The punishment will be a kolar of this very Stone, for a time to be determined By The Ubar and/or The Ubara, as She has final say Being the Ubars Voice in His absence.

Any slave found being rude either in character or out of character without the permission of their Master or Mistress, as the case may be, will be punished. No exceptions!

A slave will always have the last two words in any dispute with a Free Person. Those words will be "yes Master/Mistress".

Personal kolared slaves may only be punished by their Master/Mistress, (With the EXCEPTION OF THE UBAR) unless permission by the Owner of the slave has been obtained in Person at this site. Frees may cage an unruly kajirae till their Owner arrives.

City kolared slaves may be punished by any Freeperson, but this rule is not to be abused.
