CHAPTER 5.
SCENE'S FOR TODAY.
DANNY & CARLA FIND OUT SANDY IS DRINKING.
THIS STORYLINE IS ALSO PART OF THE SAMPLE ONE. PLEASE
BE PATIENT AS I TRY & CORRECT SOME OF THE STORYLINES.
LORRAINE SLIPS UP AFTER FINDING NICK & SYDNEY IN A COMPROMISING SITUATION.
STARTING LOCATION GENX.
SYDNEY IS TALKING TO DANNY.
SYDNEY:you have done a good job with GenX. I thought you would go back to drugs after the Molly Malone fiasco, but I was wrong.
DANNY:Sydney what you & I had in the past is the past. even though I'm not
married to Carla I still care about her, AND my daughter.
SYDNEY:your daughter Hope right?. she's the one who got into drugs, alcohol,
possible prostitution and now is the Mom of twins. very cute grandkids you have.
DANNY:thanks. so Syd what are you really here for?.
SYDNEY JUST LOOKS AT DANNY.
LOCATION NICK & LORRAINE'S LOFT.
NICK:you seem quiet Lorraine whats wrong?.
LORRAINE:its nothing. and just so you know I'm drinking tea not trying to
hide any alcohol from you.
NICK SIGHS & ROLLS HIS EYES.
NICK:Lorraine I believe you. and you have been good around Jacob, Angie, &
Cassie. if there is anything wrong you can talk to me, or-
LORRAINE ANNOYED.
LORRAINE:what are you suggesting Nick?. that I go to another AA meeting?.
been sober for 5 months or more. think just because Sydney's back that I'm going
to start drinking?.
NICK:Now you're putting words in my mouth. I never said you were going to start drinking.
now I have to go practice my singing. Nick Rivers is making a comeback.
LORRAINE:I'll come down with you.
NICK & LORRAINE EXIT THE LOFT.
LOCATION JARED CHASE'S OLD LOFT.
MOLLY IS TYPING ON THE COMPUTER WHEN SHE HEARS SANDY & HOPE. SHE QUICKLY HIDES IN THE CLOSET.
SANDY:Hope I'm not on drugs! you have to believe me. you're always saying how the past should stay in the past. then let our past with drugs GO!. I know
that Daddy dearest got you off drugs just like that.
SANDY SNAPS HIS FINGERS.
HOPE:yeah well it wasn't all that easy for me to you know. and then on top of that I lost weight, had the eating disorder, where you thier for me?. did you even call me!?. NO! you where in some drug treatment center in New Jersey.
SANDY:I tried to see you I did honestly!. Hope do you know how many times I tried to see you?.
HOPE IS SILENT FOR A SEC.
LOCATION CITY BAR.
LORRAINE IS TALKING TO BUCK & TESS WHEN SHE SEE'S A BOTTLE OF WINE ON THE COUNTER. KNOWING THAT NICK IS TALKING TO SYDNEY,
AND FEELING LEFT OUT SHE SECRETLY GRABS THE BOTTLE.
LORRAINE:Buck why don't you & Tess go upstairs I'll lock up.
TESS:you sure?. Buck & I can help you if you want.
LORRAINE:NO!
BUCK & TESS JUST LOOK AT LORRAINE.
LORRAINE:I'm sorry. its just that alot has happened since Sydney got back and
I just want to be alone. can't you two see that?.
BUCK & TESS LOOK AT EACH OTHER.
BUCK:fair enough.
BUCK & TESS LEAVE. AFTER THEY'RE GONE, LORRAINE WALKS OVER AND
POURS A GLASS OF WINE. SHE DRINKS THE WINE SLOWLY.
LOCATION NICK & LORRAINE'S LOFT.
NICK;so Molly tried to kill you?. and you faked your death so Molly would think you were dead.
SYDNEY:yes. who knows where Miss Masquerader is now. Danny told me that the police want to talk to me more, all I know is that I tried to warn Jocelyn that
Molly was out to get her again.
NICK:Alex said that Det. Dolan wants to talk to Jocelyn. anfter Jocelyn received that phone call, Jocelyn said it sounded like Molly.
SYDNEY:here we go again.
LOCATION JARED'S OLD LOFT.
SANDY:I tried to see you soo many times.
HOPE:I needed you when I was going through withdrawl!, I thought you would be there for me. and when you disappeared for two weeks when the twins where born I thought you were dealing again. the twins love you Sandy! and so do I.
SANDY:I love you and the twins also. but being a teen Dad is sorta hard. I mean
what do I say to the twins when they want an extra book read to them or they won't go to sleep.?. you act like you know everything.
Hope:Sandy I'm still learning, why do you think I have all those books to read?.
true I know alot now. but the twins are 1 yrs old. they're still toddlers and sometimes I wonder what to do.
THEY ARE TALKING WHEN MOLLY DROPS SOMETHING IN THE CLOSET.
BOTH SANDY & HOPE LOOK AT THE CLOSET.
