It's Xmas Time and, nevertheless all these misfortunes, there's a great party in Alden Town House. Gilbert enters, secretly, the house, in order to take any money, but doesn't succeed, and, returning to his hiding place, he steals a car, in which is hidden Sandy, Ava's son. And thus, now Gilbert has again two prisoners: Ava and her son. Then, Gilbert, rather repentant, decides to release Ava and Sandy, but Alex, just arrived at the hiding place, shoots at Gilbert. Gilbert, injured not seriously, was unarmed, and so Alex is suspended from Police. Gilbert is sentenced to imprisonment, and Alex, after awhile, returns to Police. Now Jeremy is again the real Jeremy for everyone. He finds out that Curtis is the real responsible for the accident happened to Buck. He tells of it to Buck, who immediately deserts Tess and renews his relationship with Stacey. And then a really repentant Curtis gives Buck the "Rodeo Bar" as a gift. Dynah Lee, sure of Trucker's love, goes away from Corinth together with her new family, such as Trucker and Christopher. Cooper finds Tyler who is playing with a drug phial, and so finds out that Casey is a drug addict. Also Deborah finds out something: Clay can walk, his paralysis is false. And so she blackmails Clay: Cooper is now free to reveal all his love sentiments to Steffy. Clay decides to tell the truth to Cabot, who decides, surprisingly, to forgive Clay at all. Tess dismesses Casey, who begins drugging himself again. Then Casey tries to rebel against the drugseller Danny Roberts, but Police forces leaded by Alex find Casey in Danny's house, and Casey is believed to be a drugseller. Steffy has an offer for models from Paris, and Cooper, in order to stay with her, would like to open an Alden Branch in Paris, and Cabot agrees with him. Cooper and Steffy get engaged, and are ready to leave. But, ever but, Deborah has an infarct, and, while Cooper leaves, Steffy decides to stay a bit more in Corinth to look after her mother. Before leaving, Cooper trusts with a repentant Casey in looking after Tyler. Casey seems really convinced. There are new characters: at Tess's agency there's Bree, a coloured pretty girl, who is the telephone operator and, besides, she is in love with Frankie, who starts working at Tess's agency too. Then there's Neal, a paunchy old cook, who works at the "Bistro", the former fast food owned by Deborah. And then, there's Jacob Johnson, a coloured man, who looks like Jessie, Angie's deceased husband, in a extraordinary way. And it's immediately state of alarm for Angie, Frankie and above all Charles: who is really this man? What does he want? Why is he so similar to Jessie? Meanwhile Tess finds out that Stacey has guaranteed a loan to Buck, without telling of it to him. Tess tells Buck about this guarantee, and Buck, clearly suffering to be a silly man taken by the hand, leaves Stacey. Deborah is out of danger, and Isabelle gives her a dependance.
