Territories of Treve

Welcome to Hard-Core Gor
- The Shy and Fearful need not apply or enter -

""Who are you?" I asked.
I shall never forget the words he spoke, which so terrorized me.
"Lo Rask," said he, "Rarius, Civitatis Trevis."
"I am Rask," he said, "of the caste of warriors, of the city of Treve."

Treve

The City of Treve is a Raiders Citadel high in the lofty peeks of the Voltai Mountains, to approach Us by Tarn is foolhardy if You do not come in peace, Our "Tarnsmen, riders of the great tarns, called Brothers of the Wind, are masters of the open sky, fierce warriors whose battleground is the clouds and sky" -Captive of Gor, p.62

Indeed, Treve was known as the Tarn of the Voltai. It was an arrogant, never-conquered citadel, a stronghold of men whose way of life was banditry, whose women lived on the spoils of a hundred cities. ---Priest-Kings of Gor, p 63

"Indeed, there was little known even of the city of Treve. It lay somewhere among the lofty, vast terrains of the rugged Voltai, perhaps as much a fortress, a lair, of outlaw tarnsmen as a city. It was said to be accessible only by tarnback. No woman, it was said, could be brought to the city, save as a hooded, stripped slave girl, bound across the saddle of a tarn. Indeed, even merchants and ambassadors were permitted to approach the city only under conduct, and then only when hooded and in bonds, as though none not of Treve might approach her save as slaves or captive supplicants. The location of the city, it was said, was known only to her own. Even girls brought to Treve as slaves, obedient within her harsh walls, looking up, seeing her rushing, swift skies, did not know wherein lay the city in which they served. And even should they be dispatched to the walls, perhaps upon some servile errand, they could see, for looming, remote pasangs about them, only the wild, bleak crags of the scarlet Voltai, and the sickening drop below them, the sheer fall from the walls and the cliffs below to the valley, some pasangs beneath. They would know only that they were slaves in this place but would not know where this place in which they were slaves might be. It was said no woman had ever escaped from Treve" Captive of Gor - pg. 191

- Room Rules -

Treve is a Full Kill Zone/Full Capture Zone/Limited Mirror Zone. Treve follows and abides by the following [Combat in Treve] . We acknowledge the unwilling captive rule. You must comply with valid roleplay locating Treve. All Anonymous non roleplayers will be booted without warning. A single Judge will be selected by the room controller or council of Treve to decide the end result of combat events within Treve. If the Room controller or council member are involved in the combat, then they will not be able to judge the outcome, however, will choose the single judge for the event that transpired.

We accept raids with a minimum of two Men and request that attacks be made in any pulldown except the the inner city pulldowns marked Civitatis thusly honoring the hidden location of Treve unless it is a UCR event and then the rules of the UCR will be followed by members of ONE Homestone and not a group of people from various homes as per the policies of the UCR written by its creator. Most raids in Treve will be done either by Ariel Combat or at the Outpost down the Mountain.

Regarding Pulldowns

Treve will always honor the pulldown location system for advanced roleplay. If you are not on a proper pulldown your actions and all events will be declared null and void within Treve. Contrary to popular belief location pulldowns were created for roleplay enhancement and not to hide the weaker fighters from the more skilled fighters. All rules will be adhered to or You will be removed from within the room of Treve.

Treve requires as a rule that all ' Visitors/People not of Treve ' begin as Captives. Everyone Free or slave begins by roleplaying in the locations marked; Air,Road, Village or Voltai until found and brought into Treve Bound and Blindfolded. If someone attempts to suddenly appear and roleplay inside Treve, this will be grounds for immediate removal.

Treve is a progressive advanced gorean roleplay room, not a gorean lifestyle room. Treve involves adult content with explicit public sexuality and nudity between Freeman and slave. If any of this bothers You, Please Leave Now.

Everyone must log their script to the "Entering Treve Forums." We have a policy of 'without script' it did not happen. Once you have Roleplayed at least once and posted to our forums, we will then decide if we wish to Capture You and proceed to decide the four fates listed in the Capture rules. Anyone can become a slave, or even swear allegience to Treve, There are no maps to Treve, and only Trevians by birth know the true route and where abouts to Treve.

There are No 'Guests' in Treve. It would go against the sanctity of having a hidden unconquered citadel full of raiding bandits if We opened up our doors to be hospitable and offered back stage passes for entering and exiting the homestone. If you come to Treve expect to stay, However again we welcome anyone to Roleplay on the bottom location pulldowns marked accordingly; Air,Road, Village, and Voltai.

Zero Tolerance - If you are not on the same location pulldown as another person, then you can not use that information against that person later. The Location pulldowns and the desire to roleplay progressively without insult or comment will be abided by here in Treve. We will not tolerate OOC or Crossing characters.

Messengers -A name is needed with Messenger for delivery - Noncompliance will equal out to ignoring or removal of the messenger from the roleplay environAriment and territories of Treve. Examples: Joe Rarius-Messenger 'or' Joe Rarius-Messenger for Jane of Treve.

The Village of Iturea - This village is west of the foothills of the voltai. It is a peasant village ran by the elder known as Gondor the Brave a white bearded venerable man within the years of some one hundred and eighty two years old. This village has your typical crops of produce and domestic animals such as verr, vulo and tarsk. The meaning of Iturea is biblical meaning guarded mountain. Trevian men often travel down by tarn from the voltai pillaging the crops and meat once or twice a month from the village with the promise to not steal the Men of the village's daughters and wives - In return for this the villagers give Tarnsmen information from travellers acting as quiet spies to our hidden trevian community. If you are a stranger to the community then anything could happen really unless you are pledged to the village itself and its leader Gondor (NPC ) - Much like the rest of the Territories of Treve the village is a full kill and full capture zone.

Subrooms - The Bana Kan-Lara - This is a slavers house within Treve which can not be accessed without knowing the direction too Treve, The standard to accessing this Slavers House is by being a captive, hooded and bound, as well as disarmed. Anyone who enters these subrooms should have valid script of their arrival, otherwise their roleplay will be negated and asked to leave. Free women should not enter without express permission of the Slavers. Sometimes Slavers held private auctions and sells for prominant high caste Free women by exclusive invitation. Sometimes Slavers had Female Apprentices, The bottom line is, No Free women will enter the Slavers House without permission of the House Master. You must roleplay finding Treve to roleplay in this subroom or be removed by moderation or death.

Subrooms - The Seven Towers of War - This was found within the novel Witnesses of Gor. This room is for the tarnsmen and scarlet caste. It is a Mens den for training in the art of war. The caste codes are whispered here. Free women should not enter this room, slaves should only enter in case by case requested scenario's. This room too of course can not be accessed unless you are a Trevian Man. Captives would also not enter this portion of subrooms. You must roleplay finding Treve to roleplay in this subroom or be removed by moderation or death.
