Below is a Royal Parc Tenants' Association Reply to a Royal Parc Tenant E-mail which we received. The Tenant's name has been redacted (removed) for protective security reasons. The tenant E-mail beneath our Reply openly reveals the extreme degree of malevolence, pettiness and vindictiveness on the part of Royal Parc management and their owners.  The fact that we must, at all times, be immensely vigilant and exercise extreme care to protect the identities of our members and of sympathizing, involved Royal Parc tenants demonstrates the profound malicious character of this entire Royal Parc organization.
 
The tenant letter below removes any and all doubts as to Royal Parc management's determination to RETALIATE severely and relentlessly against its tenants in every malicious way that it can, whenever it pleases.
 
SPECIAL NOTE:  A new sign at the entrance to the complex reads: "Improved Management Just For You."  In Truth, the only things they have "Improved" are the devious methods by which they militantly exact revenge against any tenants who dare to assert and defend the scant few rights tenants have under Florida law and under their lease.
 
PROOF OF THE DETERIORATION OF ROYAL PARC SERVICES:  Royal Parc management now leaves the security gate WIDE-OPEN all day long while YOU are away at work all day.  Tenants most need security protection of their property WHILE THEY ARE AWAY at work and are unable to personally protect their possessions.
 
So when Royal Parc Tenants MOST need security protection, when they are away, that's when Royal Parc management leaves the Security Gates WIDE-OPEN for opportunistic thieves to take advantage of YOUR ABSENCE.
 
Why is Royal Parc management doing this?  PURE LAZINESS.   The sole reason is that Royal Parc management is too lazy to answer calls from visitors who are making deliveries during the day.  That same Royal Parc management impudence, callous indifference and laziness explains why they refuse to answer the phones during the day, during normal business hours.  All you ever get when you call is their voice-mail message, even when they are not busy.  The prior Royal Parc management under AIMCO always ... always answered their phones in person during normal business hours.  This is not IMPROVED SERVICES ... this is a significant DETERIORATION IN ROYAL PARC SERVICES.

      Your E-mail appears to be addressing just one particular member of the Royal Parc Tenants' Association.  We have many members.  We can't tell if all of the comments you cited below are directed to just one member.
 
      The various derogatory Royal Parc comments you cited, directed at one or more of our association members, is NOT inconsistent with the malicious, retaliatory Royal Parc character described in detail at the "Royal Parc & Miles Properties Inc. Tenants Association" Website.
 
      As your observations clearly demonstrate, Royal Parc management loathes the  Royal Parc Tenants' Association and wants to see it disbandedIn fact, they have made numerous attempts to sabotage the organization and undermine its efforts, and you have correctly cited several instances of those efforts.  So of course, Royal Parc is not going to dispense a flattering view of a group it disapproves of nor  is it going to express a flattering opinion of any of its members.  That is why Royal Parc management has been described as a malicious retaliating landlord.  And that is precisely why we strongly advise Royal Parc tenants and association members to maintain confidentiality in all of their dealings, efforts and communications.
 
      An educated, well-informed tenant is a 'Bad Tenant'  from the Royal Parc management point of view.  Tenants who know about their rights and who assert their rights are perceived as "The Enemy" by Royal Parc management.  "Good Tenants" in their view, are tenants who "don't fight back"  ...  tenants who "Don't rock the boat" and force them to act ethically and obey the law.  "Good Tenants" in their view, are tenants who "keep their mouths shut" when Royal Parc decides to trample their legal rights and\or damage their property and/or invade their privacy.
 
      Tenants who "DO" fight back and who "DO" try to assert and defend their rights under Florida Law and under their leases are invariably maligned as "Bad Tenants"  ...  as "Bi-polar schizophrenics"  ...  as "deadbeats" and so on, in a Royal Parc management effort to "Poison the Well" so that Tenant Complainants will not be believed or taken seriously.  There's nothing new about these kinds of retaliatory antics.  In logic, these kinds of vindictive Royal Parc management actions are referred to as "Ad Hominem Attacks" which try to denigrate an accuser instead of addressing the REAL issues being raised.  Logic refers to these attacks as "Ad Hominem Fallacies" (illogical defects) because the attacks are irrelevant to the issues complained about by the Tenants and the attacks only serve as red-herring distractions designed to shift attention away from the REAL 'issues' and onto the irrelevant topic of the smear campaign.
 
      The  "REAL ISSUES" are thoroughly spelled out at the Royal Parc Tenants' Association Website.  We note that none of the  Royal Parc comments you cited to below ever address the torrent of REAL issues raised at the Website.  Not one of those comments speaks to the ISSUES.  Thus the case for establishing Royal Parc management's malice and retaliatory intent is conclusively made.
 
      In light of these proven vindictive  motivations, how believable are the Royal Parc malice-driven claims?  A tenant who is behind "4 months rent?"  Anyone who lives at Royal Parc knows that is a factual impossibility.  Royal Parc management never lets tenants get that far behind in rent.  Furthermore, when Royal Parc rejects the 'correct' amount of rent when it is tendered by the tenant each month, then that tenant is not behind in the rent.  And when Royal Parc presents a tenant with a fraudulent claim, that tenant is not behind in the rent MERELY BECAUSE S\HE REFUSES TO PAY THE FRAUDULENT CLAIM.
 
      A tenant "who barricades himself in his apartment?"   What in blazes is that supposed to mean?  Every tenant in the Royal Parc complex who locks the door behind them when they enter their apartments "barricades" themselves in their apartment.  The term "barricades" is an intentionally loaded term signifying absolutely nothing.  It is content-barren tripe solely design to "Poison the Well" ... to malign and smear a person with absolutely no factual content whatsoever.  That is how malicious, retaliatory campaigns are run.  The only thing we can discern from this empty claim is that Royal Parc is ADMITTING THAT IT IS putting tenants under surveillance now.  The Royal Parc claim is pure malicious drivel.
 
      The tenant is a "Bi-polar schizophrenic?"  Well, we know for certain that gem didn't come from a qualified physician or psychologist.  One is either "Bi-polar" or they are "schizophrenic" ... not both.  It's an oxymoron.  So we know that this claim does NOT come from high authority.  Royal Parc management is violating Florida law by practicing medicine without a license.  Making this kind of diagnosis is definitely "Practicing Medicine Without a License."  As long as Royal Parc management is bent on smearing tenants, why doesn't Royal Parc management just say the tenant is a "Pinko, commie, Bin Ladin Terrorist, Nazi Sympathizer, anti-American and an intimate friend, sympathizer and supporter of Charles Manson. Adolph Hitler, Josef Stalin, Saddam Hussein and Darth Vader?"  (Whoops, we left out the Boston Strangler and Mussolini).   That's a pretty good mix of dark, wicked imagery that ought to help Royal Parc management smear its own tenants and adversaries.  Their current retaliatory 'smear' campaign is every bit as ludicrous.
 
      As for the claim that one of our members no longer lives here, Every single Royal Parc Tenants' Association member still lives in the Royal Parc complex.  So Royal Parc is "0 for 5" in the "Facts and Truth" department.  And that is precisely why it deserves its reputation as a "Malicious, vindictive retaliatory misanthrope."
 
If you had any doubts previously, about Royal Parc's malicious character, this should decisively remove them all . . . and it comes straight from their own mouths.

Hello.  We live here in Royal Parc.  We agree with what
you say.  This [xxx] situation is out of hand.  We have [xxx]
fees assessed to us and are going [xxx]
enough.  Also, you're right about the lease copy.  We never got
one signed even when we asked.  We [xxx].  Security
is going around and telling people to stay clear of you.  The management
told them to remove your notices off doors.  When I talked to the
guard he said that you are a Bi-polar schizoprenic who barricades
himself in his apartment - owes 4 months rent, and does not even
live here anymore.  And, has it out for the manager and Miles property.
 Is that true?  We don't really believe that.  But we just thought
to tell you what is being said about you.  Take care.  Appreciate your heroics.
