Miles.   Tenants who are prudent and diligent, who scrutinize claims made by Royal Parc Apartments - Miles Properties Inc. and its President, Daniel J. Miles for accuracy -- Tenants who reasonably and prudently seek to protect, defend and assert the few Rights that a Tenant has in this World -- are "Lightening Rods" for RETALIATION by Royal Parc Apartments - Miles Properties Inc. and its President, Daniel J. Tenants who have decided to fight back against outrageous, unscrupulous, indefensible landlord practices and policies which operate on the presumption that "The Tenant" is the landlord's #1 "enemy.".  The Simms Men's Clothing Store once had a slogan which read: "An Educated Consumer is Our Best Customer."  For Royal Parc Apartments - Miles Properties Inc. and its President, Daniel J. Miles, "An Educated, Prudent Tenant is Their Number 1 Enemy . . . their Worst Nightmare."  They see such Tenants as a cancer which they want to keep from spreading.  They believe they have the right to take whatever action is necessary to "Prevent the spread of this cancer" because they believe they have the right to act in their own best interests.  In reality, their "right to act in their own best interests" is strictly limited by The Law.   Their "Acts" must be lawful.  In Florida, and in mosts states, a landlord may NOT retaliate against a Tenant because the Tenant has sought to protect, preserve, defend and\or assert their Rights, something which s\he has a legal right to do and something which is reasonable and prudent to do.  Florida law is clear in stating that a landlord may NOT Retaliate against a Tenant for seeking to organize a "Tenants' Association."  But Royal Parc Apartments - Miles Properties Inc. and its President, Daniel J.
