We are the Royal Parc Apartments - Miles Properties Inc. Tenants' Association.  Royal Parc is an apartment complex (Penal Colony) in Tampa, Florida, which is owned by Miles Properties Inc., Daniel J. Miles, President.  In mid-December 2002 (7 months ago) Miles Properties Inc. took over ownership of the premises. Tenants organized the - Royal Parc Apartments - Miles Properties Inc. Tenants' Association in order to protect Tenants' Rights, which were and are being trampled, misrepresented and ignored by Royal Parc Apartments - Miles Properties Inc. and its President, Daniel J. Miles.  These outrageous Royal Parc Apartments - Miles Properties Inc. Policies and Practices are described in the "Unscrupulous Royal Parc Practices" Webpage.  The Royal Parc Apartments - Miles Properties Inc. Tenants' Association represents the interests of ALL Royal Parc - Miles Properties Inc. Apartment Tenants regardless of whether or not they are active, participating members.

 

       The Royal Parc Apartments - Miles Properties Inc. Tenants' Association.  does not and is not soliciting active, participating members.  And this Tenants' Association does not and is not soliciting association memberships.  All Tenant participation is deemed to be voluntary and of the Tenant's own volition.    The primary mission of the Royal Parc Tenants' Association is to promulgate vital information of critical importance to current and prospective Royal Parc Apartments - Miles Properties Inc. Tenants.  The primary mission of the Royal Parc Tenants' Association is to act as an information gathering and information disseminating medium for the benefit of current and prospective Royal Parc Apartments - Miles Properties Inc. Tenants.

 

         We are Ordinary Royal Parc Apartments - Miles Properties Inc. Tenants who have decided to fight back against outrageous, unscrupulous, indefensible retaliatory landlord practices and policies which operate on the presumption that "The Tenant" is the landlord's #1 "enemy.".  These practices and policies are so malevolent and pointless and indefensible that it manifests as a profoundly condescending, contemptuous, malevolent anti-tenant attitude that Royal Parc Apartments - Miles Properties Inc. and its President Daniel J. Miles, have toward the Tenants who write their paychecks ... The TENANTS who have given them a luxurious livelihood and a sumptuous life-style ... The TENANTS who have fed their FAMILIES and built their homes and swimming pools ... The TENANTS have met their payrolls and kept them in business and out of the ghettos.

 

         For all that the Tenants have done for Royal Parc Apartments - Miles Properties Inc. and its President Daniel J. Miles, These Tenants are entitled to at least a basic respect of their fundamental rights as Tenants.  For all that the Tenants have done for Royal Parc Apartments - Miles Properties Inc. and its President Daniel J. Miles, they are not deserving of the profoundly malevolent, condescending attitude which is inflicted on them by Royal Parc Apartments - Miles Properties Inc. and its President Daniel J. Miles, by way of practices and policies which are, very often, fraudulent, unlawful and malicious . . . with no legitimate purpose being served.

 

         In that Royal Parc Apartments - Miles Properties Inc. and its President Daniel J. Miles, have declared THEIR TENANTS to be THEIR #1 enemy, their Tenants have elected to unite  in order to protect and defend their Rights . . . which Rights they are legally entitled to assert and protect and preserve, against the tyranny of others.

 

         For these legitimate reasons these Royal Parc Apartments - Miles Properties Inc. TENANTS hereby Unite to form The Royal Parc Apartments - Miles Properties Inc. Tenants' Association.
