| This Illustration of the MKI Spitfire is a detailed reconstruction of the internal airframe and mechanics, showing in a clear way the structure of a typical early Spitfire. The Illustration is colour coded in a way that highlights certain areas, i.e.; airframe, engine mounts, armament etc., while keeping the colours in relation to what would have been employed by the manufacturer during construction.
