What type lease do you offer?
Leases are typically 12 months.
What is included in the rent?
Water is included. You are responsible for gas and electric.
How much is the security deposit?
Security deposits are equal to one month's rent.
Is there an application fee?
There is a $20 fee for the application and credit check.
What other amenities are provided?
All properties have landscaped yards, garages, private basements with storage areas, and washer/dryer hookups.
Are pets permitted?
We will permit a cat only. There is a $50 non-refundable pet deposit in addition to the security deposit.
