If you passed your GED test, you are eligible to take one college course of your choosing--FOR FREE! If you tested on the 2002 version of the GED test on or after July 1, 2002, and you passed, you may take one college class at any two-year college in the state of Alabama. Contact the Financial Aid Office at the college of your choice for more information.

Beginning October 1, 2004, the fee for the GED will increase to $50. The cost for each individual test will be $10.
