Jack has a full English pedigree (see it here). My friend Julie Wright and I fell in love with Jack when we saw him at Pauline Fox's Gavingale Kennels in Yorkshire, England, and I flew back to the UK and brought him home later that year.
Jack has some emotional issues and can easily become overwhelmed by complex environments. Learning how to help him cope with his anxieties is an ongoing task, but in the process I have gained invaluable knowledge about dog training and our relationships with these wonderful animals.
Jack now competes in AKC agility at the intermediate levels, and is one 3-point major away from his champion title in the breed ring.
In the summer of 2005, I bred Tamedale Glory, another English import, to Jack. Jen produced five fabulous puppies, three girls and two boys.
