Local Events

These are all the events happening in Nacogdoches (minus the SFA lumberjack games), that we thought that anyone local may enjoy. Ones with stars (*) refer to coven events. These listings will change constantly and are different from the calendar as it is pagan items only. 

Note: The flea markets,  garage sales, trade days, and etc are great places to look for ritual tools, altar items, and misc. pagan items.

28 Scare on the Square
Celebrate Halloween on the historic brick streets of downtown Nacogdoches. Costume contests, games, food, hayrides, a haunted house and much more. 5 to 9 p.m.
31 Stone Fort Museum Halloween Festival and Circus Exhibit
Once again, the Stone Fort Museum will open its doors after hours on Halloween for a frightful evening of fun. An exhibit on early Texas circuses will open inside the Museum, and a big tent outside will hold midway games, fortune tellers, spooky movies and a circus sideshow. 5 to 10 p.m. on the SFA campus. 18 Nine Flags Festival Lighting & Opening Ceremony
Help mark the official start of the holiday season in the Oldest Town in Texas when more than 3 million Christmas lights are turned on simultaneously, transforming downtown into a sparkling winter wonderland! 2-3 Boss Fiddle Contest
