Helping Hand Ritual
Materials: One candle per member Two matches per member (just in case) Set up: The candles are placed in a circle formation, with the matches beside them.
Leader: Each member please walk inside the circle, and stand by your candle. *Everyone does so* Leader: Today we join to lend a helping hand to those who are less fortunate than us, by sending out our energy and will to these people. These candles here represent our willingness to help since as we each have one to light. So please light your candle. *Everyone lights his/her candle while thinking about those in need* Leader: Now that the candles are light to show our helping hands, let us create the energy to go with it, so that we can disperse it to those out there we can not reach in hopes our magick can. *Energy is raised by means of dance, music, chanting, and/or circle movement. When at the high point everyone stops and throws his/her hands out to the world thinking of those who can need it most.* *After the ritual is complete every grounds & centers themselves. Maybe even meditate about the rite or each person starts talking one at a time about his/her wishes for this rite*
