QUESTION FOR SEPTEMBER 2005:
Do you need a place to call 'My Sanctuary'?

NEW HABIT FOR THE MONTH:
For September 2005:
Our habit for September is getting a handle on our laundry and establishing a habit of doing one load of laundry every single day.

If you don't need to do a load every day then just do a load every other day.

SEPTEMBER FEATURE:
FLYing 101

So, what IS FLYing? And how does one 'FLY'?
Well, what if I were to ask you, right now, where is your checkbook? Where are the kids' homework assignments? What's for dinner tonight? Could you answer those questions?

FLY Lady can help you answer all of those questions. But FLYing really starts and ends with YOU.

We can help you begin. That's the reason our group was founded. We all encourage each other to complete simple routines each day. Our daily messages run quite a gamut of ideas and prose and comments. We all have the same basic family and housework tasks - and we all get into a 'rut' where what we HAVE to do is no longer a joy. Are you there? Are you feeling unappreciated and in a rut? Would you like to FLY through your day, get what needs to be done accomplished, and still have time left to enjoy a sunset with your DH?

You can! You are at the Controls! Today is a new beginning for you, just as this is our Premier Issue of our newsletter. With this issue of our newsletter you are hereby invited to enroll in our Yahoo Group of Control Journal Ladies of New Hampshire. Each member has valuable information to impart. We have all been there in our worn out jogging suits with the stains. You are NOT alone! We are ready to help you FLY!

CHALLENGE:
Clean one Hot Spot and keep it 'smoke free' for the whole month.

Here's what our members have chosen:

HOUSEHOLD HINT:
My household tip is that burning candles (scented or unscented) will rid the air of lingering odors like musty smells, food smells, etc.

My second tip is to get onion smell off your hands, rub them on aluminum foil. I used to know why this works (the chemical reaction), but I forgot it. No matter, it works!
