Cinnabar is located near two major intersecting freeways, which provide quick access to all parts of the Valley of the Sun.  Interstate I17 intersects with the Loop 101 Freeway, both of which can be accessed within two miles of the complex.

Additionally, there are food, drug, and other stores, a post office, and a library within walking distance.  A city park is one mile away.  Four miles to the northwest is a mall with an AMC theater, Starbucks coffee shop, restaurants, a Target store, Ross store, and other stores. 

To the East is Paradise Valley Community College and to the West is one of the Arizona State University campuses, as well as the American Graduate School of International Management.  

Nearby work is plentiful as some large companies have moved just north of the complex.  These include American Express offices and PetsMart corporate offices.
