Activities on this day included theatrical performances and public games. Today is a good day to plant flowers that can withstand the spring weather. You can also work over your garden, raking away leaf litter to allow the soil to warm for planting. As you work, say: 'Flora, Hope of ancient Rome, Let my garden be your home. Bless the earth and make it warm. Shape the flowers to your form.' Save the empty seed packets from the flowers you plant today. Keep them on your altar and your plants will be magical and healthy.
