Enjoying Your Body Spell Friday, April 14th, 2006 Color of the day: Coral Incense of the day: Nutmeg April is the month of Venus, goddess of self-love and beauty. By honoring your body, you honor her. Place pink candles around your bathroom and burn some rose incense. Stand in front of a mirror and ask Venus to help you see your beauty. Then, still in front of the mirror, take off your clothes. Enjoy the freedom of being naked. Draw a warm bath. Mix rose petals, lavender flowers, jasmine, rose hips, patchouli, and sea salt in cheesecloth bag and add it to the bath. Take some time to soak in the water and gently and lovingly wash yourself with a sponge. When you’re ready, leave the tub. Take some rosewater and splash it over your body. Take time to get dressed, wearing something that you love and that makes you feel good. Thank Venus for her help in enjoying your body.
