CIDER HILL CLUB HOUSE
PLANNED PRIVATE EVENT AGREEMENT
The Cider Hill Club House is available to Residents/owners for Planned Private Functions. The ClubHouse rooms may be reserved for up to eight hours at a time. Reservations are taken on first come, first served basis and may not interfere with scheduled calendar events.
When making a reservation, please consider the time it will require to set-up for and clean up after the function you are hosting (8hrs.or less).
During the time the Club House is reserved, all residents/owners may still use the exercise equipment and bathroom facilities. However, please be respectful of the reservation.
Parking: club house lot and doctor’s lot.
Decorations: NO TAPE on walls. Balloons and table centerpieces advised.
RESERVATION PROCEDURE

to make a reservation, confirm a date and provide the following information:

DEPOSIT AND NON-REFUNDABLE DONATION in the form of two checks for fifty dollars each, payable to Cider Hill Clubhouse, required on the date the agreement is confirmed and signed.
$50 deposit FULLY refunded if clubhouse is left clean and without damage.
