Use of Clubhouse

RULES AND GUIDELINES

The Clubhouse Facilities are available to all unit residents/owners and their guests when accompanied by a resident/ owner (with the exception of the Fitness Room, which may be used by residents/owners and their guests over the age of 18 when accompanied by a resident/owner).

RULES AND GUIDELINES:

Please enjoy the Clubhouse Facilities and leave the area as you found it.

With respect to residents with respiratory conditions, allergies, health concerns and personal preferences there will be no smoking on the premises and no pets on the premises.

Foul language is unacceptable

There will be no sale of alcohol on the premises. Residents/owners and their guests when accompanied by a resident/ owner may bring their own to consume on the premises.

Heating and cooling: if you change the thermostats, please return them to where you found them set. Remember you are paying the Clubhouse expenses through your monthly condo fees.

Do not take the furniture outside.Please do not leave leftover food in the refrigerator.

Private Planned Events: The Main Room and Library of the clubhouse are available for use by residents/owners for private planned events when scheduled through the Clubhouse Committee. There is a fee of $100.00 with $50.00 refundable when the Clubhouse is returned to its original state of cleanliness and order. No more than 75 guests are allowed and they must be accompanied by a resident/owner. (link to form for private party)

Fitness Room and Equipment:
Wear clean shoes when using the equipment, shirts must be worn at all times, no food or beverages other than water allowed in Fitness Room. (Exception)The Club House Committee reserves the right to close the Fitness Room several times per year, for the purpose of serving refreshments during planned activities that involve the whole community. The space is needed to accommodate all. Advance notice will be provided and clean-up will be the responsibility of the Committee.

WHEN YOU LEAVE THE CLUBHOUSE PLEASE: TURN OUT THE LIGHTS, TURN OFF THE FIREPLACES, TURN OFF ANY EQUIPMENT THAT YOU HAVE USED, SHUT AND LOCK ALL WINDOWS AND MAKE SURE ALL DOORS ARE SHUT AND LOCKED.
