| The plan is to have a buffet style dessert
section. Drinks will be served
from behind the counter courtesy of AC, me, Hannah and whoever else
is on
the food team. We will lay out half the food before the skits,
and the
other half during intermission. We expect 80 people and will
prepare 5
items of food per person, for a total of 400 items. We intend
to half buy
and half make. However, we plan to do this during the last week
of October
to give us all flexibility in the menu. (That plus I expect everyone
of us
to be very swamped until then). That's why it will be buffet
style and
without having servers. We just need 2 extra people to help clean
up
outside the buffet table before skits start and also after intermission
finishes.
