Grace and Auntie Carrie's Menu

The plan is to have a buffet style dessert section.  Drinks will be served from behind the counter courtesy of AC, me, Hannah and whoever else is on the food team.  We will lay out half the food before the skits, and the other half during intermission.  We expect 80 people and will prepare 5 items of food per person, for a total of 400 items.  We intend to half buy and half make.  However, we plan to do this during the last week of October to give us all flexibility in the menu.  (That plus I expect everyone of us to be very swamped until then).  That's why it will be buffet style and without having servers.  We just need 2 extra people to help clean up outside the buffet table before skits start and also after intermission finishes.

and other Costco goodies (buy)
and of course it won't be complete without jello (make)  :) :) :)

Proposed Drinks Menu
1 Huge pot of coffee  (plain, NOT cappucino, mocha or expresso)
1 pot of tea (Orange Pekoe)
1 pot of hot chocolate
assorted juices/fruit punch

Items already laid out on table
Sugar
Cream/Milk
1 bowl of munchies (oriental mix/ pretzels/ nuts)

Tentative Schedule
up to Oct 26 further planning and coordinating
Oct 27 laying out the cups and saucers, forks and spoons that are needed
Oct 28 going to Costco to get the goodies + grocery shopping
Oct 29 making the home made goodies (cakes, pies)
Oct 30 washing all cups/saucers, setting up the kitchen, making the drinks
