     Moleben to Our Lord, the Lover of Mankind will be celebrated in June at 6:00. A Novena for our deceased fathers will be celebrated from June 18 to June 28. Envelopes are available in the vestibule.

     The Annual Stamford Diocesan Charities Campaign Appeal - began May 1, 2007 and will continue to the end of June. Our assessment this year is $7,100.00. It is important for all our parishioners to make their donation for the support of our diocese. We are still $1,500.00 short of our goal.

      Volunteers and Donations - are needed for our annual Holy Cross Ukrainian Heritage Festival. We need items for the Ukrainian Table, the Raffle Table, and the Children’s Table.

      Peter’s Pence Collection - will be taken up in all Catholic Churches on June 29-th. This collection is used by the Holy Father for various charitable works throughout the world. Envelopes for Peter’s Pence Collection are available in the vestibule.

     Holy Cross Parish Office will be closed on Monday during the months of July and August.

     Holy Dormition Pilgrimage - entitled: “Mary Bearer of Peace” will be held from August 11 to August 12, at Sloatsburg, New York. If you are interested in going to the Pilgrimage by bus please contact the parish office. To reserve a seat on the bus, all tickets must be paid in advance.

      Summer Liturgy Schedule: During the months of July and August, the Sunday Divine Liturgies will be celebrated one half hour earlier: at 9:00 a.m. and at 11:00 a.m.

     We invite everyone for free coffee and cake this Sunday, Father’s Day following the Divine Liturgies.
