| We are currently using the Ambex YM-2. This small batch drum roaster allows us to roast a maximum of 4lbs per batch. All of our coffee is stored in its green, unroasted form and roasted on demand. Roasting in small batches allows us to bring our coffee straight from the roaster to your cup. |
