In the story, it is:

- a team of highly trained military commandoes trained by Gyee Zur himself when he was Grand Master of the Kelsian Military Academy.

- after Gyee Zur ascended the throne of Kelsa, they became his private army.

- each member of Special Unit 13 is highly loyal to Gyee Zur and will give their lives to defend him.
