    Little is known about this man. Whatever is known can be found in the official Kelsian records:

    It is said that about fifteen years ago, he happened upon King Dictine XXIX during one of the king's expeditions when they were ambushed by a group of undead warriors. The king's army was slaughtered and the king would have been killed if not for the appearance of this man. King Dictine was so grateful to him for saving his life that he invited him back to Kelsa where Gyee Zur was made Grand Master of the Kelsian Military Academy.

    During this time, he took in several orphans. One of them was JFK, and the other was Jotan. JFK became his foster son, while Jotan was placed in the highly elite Special Unit 13, of which Gyee Zur himself instructed. It was Gyee Zur who introduced the annual tournaments, first within the Kelsian Military Academy itself, then later after he became king, he made the tournament an annual continent-wide event. This Festival Of Combat, at it is called, draws in a large crowd each year because of the prizes Gyee Zur awards to each year's champions. However, his own foster son, JFK, has been crowned champion each year.

    It was during the infamous Kelsa-Melnir conflict five years ago, where King Dictine was killed in action and Gyee Zur took control of the army and defeated Melnir. Some military personnel revolted in protest of his rule, but they were quickly put down by Gyee Zur's Special Unit 13 and the United Swords Patrol. Since then, Gyee Zur has ruled Kelsa, building up its military while keeping up the war with Melnir. It is believed that his day of conquest over the northern continent is drawing near.

    Gyee Zur is known to use unscrupulous methods in war and will not hesitate to use powers of suspicious origins. This court scribe, who has made this record, has witnessed Gyee Zur conversing with undead before. And it is an open secret that several undead warriors are in close league with him.
