Name: King Dictine XXIX

- Migna Dictine was the twenty-ninth king of Kelsa, direct descendant of Dictine, founder of Kelsa and one of the Pillars of the World.

- father of Albene, Barguz and Ediko.

- Barguz was born from a Melnian woman that King Dictine had an affair with. He gave her the Fire Ring of Dictine as proof of his love for her. He received Barguz as his son when she died and he was presented with the Ring of Dictine as proof of his royal identity.

- aided the Great Exalted Mother in subduing the powers of the creature of the undead both times, but was killed by JFK after the second time. 

- he founded the Mignan single sword-draw stance, which will be used by a swordsman later in the series.
