| This man touched a lot of people at Houston in a very short period of time, however having graduated with him at Sugarland and having gone through the Houston Fast Track Academy with him I can only imagine the way that he touched those that he worked with as a Sealy firefighter over 13 years. Kulow may have been a HFD rookie but he was far from a novice at his trade. We all saw this in the academy where he quietly led by example. Some of us like to be seen doing well, Kulow just knew he was good enough not to need the attention. He would baffle us all with his knowledge of the Houston Fire Department stations and equipment. I am honored to have trained with him and even more honored to have had the chance to know him. To his family, I pray daily for you and for God to help heal your hearts. I miss Kevin Dearly and could never understand the difficulty that you have had to endure. I can assure you of this one thing I will never forget Kevin. This site is still under construction...
