Alpha Site (P3X-984/<local name>: Abandoned): Original Alpha site was forced to be abandoned when Anubis learned of it's location through the use of mind reading techniques on former SG-1 team member Jonas Quinn. To handle this, the three groups worked together to build a permanent structure around the world's Stargate that would house the facilities that would be necessary for use by the three groups. Theta Site (<SGC Designation>/<Local Name>: Active): The Theta Site has been established with the assistance of the Tok'ra, Theta site has become the location where SGC sends supplies and equipment for use by Tok'ra operatives to protect their cover identities without technology being traced back to their own manufacturing facilities. All SGC personnel drawn to staff the Theta Site have been recruited from the Special Forces of the Armed Forces of both the United States and Russian Federation. Teams of Special Forces personnel are always on-call to assist Tok'ra operations if requested.

Psi Site (<SGC Designation>/<Local Name>: Active): The Psi site was one of the NID Rogue operations that had been established to study the possible existence of Psionic powers and Cloning by using technology derived form the Asgard Technology the NID had access to. After the reorganization of the NID by Presidential Executive Order in 2004 the site was taken over by the SGC and turned into a full-fledged research center with the assistance of the Asgard. President Bush was opposed to the continued research into exploring Cloning Technology, but was convinced to allow it to continue at the bequest of Supreme Commander Thor whom informed him of the Asgard's need for continued research in seeking a means of stopping the derogation of their Genome thanks to millennia of cloning. Lt. Colonel �Sam' Carter of SG-1 spends much of her time at the Psi Site carrying out extensive research projects alongside Asgard Scientists.

Omega Site (location classified/New Genesis: Active): After the loss of the Alpha and Beta Sites, the Omega Site was a top secret program that was set up in 2004 by the direct order of the President of the United States to create a fully self-sustaining colony that would be the �last-best hope' for the Human race and Earth Cultures incase the Earth was destroyed in a surprise attack by the Goa'uld. The colonists and personnel whom make up the population of the Omega site are equally made up of civilian and military personnel drawn form all walks of life form all of the major nations whom are �in the know' about the Stargate Program and where tasked with assisting in supporting the cost of the establishment of the Omega Site. Each nation has its own �settlement' that is under the protection of the US military forces that had been deployed for the defense of the colony and the worlds Stargate. The SGC has equipped the defenders of the Omega site with extensive weapons, vehicles and equipment drawn form various sources form around the world with an eye towards reliability and the ability to be repaired by local machine shops. The primary defense is carried out by a full US Army combined arms battalion that is supported by detachments form all of the branches of the US Armed Forces, but the SGC has future plans of increasing this force to full Brigade strength over the next five years.
