So what's new in the life of Riley? Er, me, I mean. Nothing much. Eating Fritoes and drinking LiveWire Mountain Dew. The lunch of champions. It certainly explains my gigantic stomach. Blech.
Here's a question! If you rent somewhere, and pay your rent on time each and every month, does you landlord have the right to tell you to do chores as well? Things that weren't included in the original agreement?
Not usually. Got to explain that to my Mum. She seems to think she can tell me what to do. It's true I live in her house, but I pay rent to live there, and not a pittance. I'd be happy to help her around the place, but asking works so much better than telling. Hopefully she is reading this and understands that a bit.
I even pay rent for the week I was gone last week, and the 3 weeks I was away at Christmas time. And when I needed a break from paying rent, I was told that was unacceptable.
Enough of that! Where's the thunderstorms we had yesterday? I want more! I want to drive in them! Arggghhhh!!

Oh! Got a 2.75% raise at work! Whoopee!!! Catholics suck! Sorry if I offended anyone, but think about it for a minute. The school charges an arm, and two legs tuition to its students, is building a new arena, and a new library, and just built this building I am in now. And they can't afford to pay their employees? That bites. Might have to go over to the church and take a cross or something.
