Being a native Floridian, Chris grew up in Ft. Lauderdale and
remained there until he was eighteen- playing baseball and
soccer, and making the gradual change in high school with the
theatre and choral departments. Yes, before theatre there was
sports, believe it or not!
   In addition, he worked at
Superstar Productions on the
weekends earning extra money performing for childrens' birthday
parties and special events. In the three years spent with the
company, he got to experience everything from playing Raggedy-
Andy for One-year-olds, to the Easter Bunny at Donald Trump's
West Palm Beach estate. With
Superstar, he also got to
experience a working recording studio and an output of an original
children's CD.
Moving to the University of Central Florida in Orlando brought an entirely new list of opportunities and life-changing events! It was at UCF that he earned both his BFA and MFA in Musical Theatre.
Aside from theatre, he greatly enjoys
not talking about theatre, just hanging out with friends, and is a huge fan of horror movies! A Nightmare on Elm Street is his favorite series and he proudly owns all of them on DVD, along with over 250 other titles in his collection.
He has been travelling, as a performer, around the southern states and May 2006 found him back to Orlando.
Since August 2006, he has been teaching three levels of acting classes at the Performing Arts studio, working an after-school drama program with students at Richmond Heights Elementary, serving as an adjunct speech professor at Seminole Community College, working with children through Mad Cow Theatre's after-school program, and has just finished runs of
You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown (Snoopy) at the Orlando Repertory Theatre, and The Mystery of Edwin Drood (Durdles) at Seaside Music Theater.  He is also helping choreograph Schoolhouse Rock, Live Jr. at Cardinal Mooney High School in Sarasota, FL.  Summer 2007 will find him at Crossroads Repertory/Indiana State University both performing and aiding dramaturgy on The Roar of the Greasepaint-The Smell of the Crowd, and performing an original play entitled Table 17.

Also look for him as a Wickersham Monkey
in Seussical at the Orlando Repertory Theatre in the spring.

Don't forget to
write!
