Ramessu's point of view was not at issue. His conduct while arguing it was. This is not a small distinction. I may owe the House an apology for not ignoring him the moment he started trolling. In fact, I've already offered one. I am not going to apologize to a troll, however, for having objected to his trolling. Nor am I inclined to respond kindly to a willingness to turn a blind eye while he does so, and pretending that my criticism of his discourteous behavior was unprovoked.

Sir/Madame, you are out of line, and I don't care whether you're a Shemsu or not. Impartiality is a fundamental part of justice. I can't respect somebody who doesn't respect that. May I hope that that somebody isn't you?
