This one looks awesome, and tastes awesome, and it’s really easy to make! Melt some chocolate and lay out some candy canes in a heart shape on a lined baking tray. Pour the chocolate into them and add sprinkles! (When they’re set, tidy them up and put them in cute bags to give to friends.)
