I figured that my Mother was feeling very tense and since she has shown psychokinetic talents in the past, I was not surprised that her stress would cause a manifestation. After this event I began to watch television with her. She began to feel her headache lift pretty soon after the manifestation occured. Though she had a dull headache following, it was as severe as it had been prior to the "invisible noise". I suppose she let negative energy overflow, it in effect exploded, then was brought down to its usual, healthier level again after the outburst...(just a theory).
VCR...again--

Oh, just a quick thing. The VCR in our livingroom was off but we were watching tv using the other remote. Then, my boyfriend and I both heard the "on" button on the machine click. Note: My VCR has no cause to go on by itself and the button on the VCR was audibly clicked on in front of both of us.
Very brief, but significant Outer Body Experience

FIRSTLY: I'v had a theory for some time (maybe I'm not the only one?) that adrenlin levels in the human body affect the body and soul connection in reference to OBE's and astral travel. I believe that when the soul perceives a threat or anything which would threaten the integrity of the soul, it begins to separate or what my guide likes to call "disengage" from the body. Adrenlin is one major indications that the body is undergoing possible trauma or stress. This chemical is always present during the "fight or flight" response. So, the soul (which is more subconscious during waking life than conscious) reacts to a potential danger and tries to loosen or soften the bond between body and soul. It is at these times that we recall or have OUTER BODY EXPERIENCES while awake or in various other states of consciousness. Sometimes the OBE is merely a sense that one is merely observing themselves in a stressful situation or that things have slowed down during a traumatic or frightening event. The soul disengages (though never totally) throughout our lives and it is a commonly occurring thing. Though adrenlin levels are not always the cause for disengaging from the human body. Astral travel during sleep, I believe, is more voluntary. I believe that adrenlin provides an involuntary OBE and that we are capable of voluntarily leaving our bodies. During sleep is the common form for voluntary OBE's and astral travel because the conscious mind/ or daily mind is silenced and does not obstruct our will to leave.

Last week, I was on my treadmill. I had reached a certain peak I believe. My heart rate was good ( I must add I am in excellent cardiovascular condition and I have been excercising regularly for a year now).  I suppose I reached what is called "a runner's high". I felt for perhaps 6 to 10 seconds a feeling that my body was moving in one location on the treadmill, but "I" my soul was being pulled by my solar plexes backwards. I could feel a presence (which is an OBE standard...it is believed that one is feeling themselves, they are more aware of their souls individual presence.) And I could see my vision or view change. It swayed back and I could see my body differently. I could see the back of my shoulders and I was slightly higher. Once I realized what I had seen, I was back in my regular view, but not before feeling what can be best described as a whooshing feeling. I was back in my body. My heart rate was fine, I wasn't in pain and I finished my work out without further interruption.

NOTE: I also figure I'v had an involuntary OBE's dozens of times during waking hours but this was one of the most overt as of lately.

PLEASE SEND ME YOUR EXPERIENCES WITH OBE's, I'd love to hear about them.
My Sister's Recent Clairavoyant Moment
My sister was driving in her car. She suddenly felt as if there was an earthquake going on around her. Although, there were no outer indications of this and we are not geographically prone to earthquakes here in this area of Canada, she couldn't stop feeling that an earthquake had taken place. When she got home just after this, she saw there had been a sizeable earthquake in California just that day. (the one from just recently December, 2003)
My Sister's Mother-in-Law
My sister got married this past August (2003). Her now husband's Mother sadly died of cancer two years ago. Since then though small things have happened to indicate she hasn't stopped loving her children and she seems to approve of my sister and her son's decision to marry her.

1. One night my Sister was making table favours for the wedding. She was in a spare upstairs bedroom when she felt a presence.  Then the light above her head kept flickering (which it never did before nor since). The flickering came at regularintervals. My sister was alittle unnerved eventhough she sensed it was her (now) husbands Mother.

2. Then, my sister put the wedding favours in the kitchen in a box on the floor. Next to the box is a microwave stand with two shelves. On the bottom shelf is pencil holder which sits in front of a few cook books. My sister was alone again I believe. I am sure the pets were in other areas of the home. Anyhow, I think she was sitting in the livingroom across from the kitchen, when she heard the pencil holder (which was sitting deep inside the shelf) fall and spill loudly on the floor. On inspection my sister found that someone had pushed the second cookbook and it had resulted in the pencil holder being pushed hard off the shelf. Perhaps it was her Mother-in-Law or it could of been a case of nerves on my sisters part (??).

3. It was the night before my sister's wedding. I was staying with her alone due to certain arrangements. After our girls night in, we went to bed. We shared her queen sized bed since there really wasn't anywhere else at the time for me to sleep. Anyhow.....
