Process
Christine works with her clients to plan and develop the
best training materials for their requirements. The process for development of
training materials comprises 4 main stages as shown below.
Stage 1:
Analysis of Training Requirements
During analysis of the training requirements, Christine works with you to
identify the training requirements of the target audience(s). Information is
collected about the various tasks that employees complete and the knowledge
required by them to complete these tasks.

Stage 2: Training
Materials Design
During the design stage of a project, Christine assesses the
target audience training requirements and develops a project plan. The project
plan includes a detailed design of the training materials to be developed, the
training objectives, training course structure, methods of assessment and the
method(s) of training presentation.

Stage 3: Training Materials
Development
During the development stage, Christine prepares the final
product. The development stage may be completed by Christine alone, or with
your employees working as part of a development team. During this stage, all
draft materials are submitted to relevant client Management representatives for
content review and approval.

Stage 4: Design
of Information Management and Control Systems
All training materials need to be managed and controlled to
ensure the availability of up-to-date information to those requiring it. The
information management and control systems need to include provision for
information accessibility and reviews, revisions, approvals and dispositions. Christine
can assist you with developing these systems.
