Seabrook has more than 25 years experience in adult education, training, documentation and project management - gained in
Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Abu Dhabi and Brazil.
Qualifications
Christine completed a Bachelor of Science (Psychology and Physiology) at Monash University, Victoria, Australia, followed by a Graduate Diploma of Education at the State College of Victoria (Rusden), Victoria, Australia and a qualification for Teaching English as a Second Language at the University of New England, New South Wales, Australia.

Experience
Since 1987,Christine has worked as a consultant to private industry in the area of customized documentation and training solutions.
Her professional experience in documentation and training consultancy includes:

design of various documentation and training materials
preparation of documentation and training materials using the Information
Mapping® methodology
development of Users, Procedures, Operations and Policy manuals for online and
paper presentation
development of various training programs with a focus on sound adult learning

Christine was posted to
Hong Kong in 1994 as Asian Regional Manager of an Australian consultancy
company. She was also Project Manager for a number of jobs undertaken by the
company, the major one of which was the redevelopment of the MTR Corporation’s
Rule Book and Operating Procedure manuals, followed by development of all the
Operating Procedure manuals for the Airport Express railway.
In 1997, Christine set up her own consultancy company, Communiqué Consulting Limited. Since then she has
worked as a consultant for a number of leading Hong Kong companies, including Atkins
China Limited, envision Limited, Hong Kong Trade Development Council, Hong Kong
Tramways, lemon, Lloyd Northover Citigate, Marconi Communications (Hong Kong)
Limited, MTR Corporation, Mott Connell, Hong Kong, New World First Bus, Outward

Securities Consultancy.
