9/2/05 - FOR THE SUFFERING
O Loving Father, it is very difficult to make sense of the choas surrounding the horrible natural disaster that struck the Gulf Coast of America. The suffering going on there is too difficult to bear. The only comfort that we can receive is knowledge that You, as our God, know intimately about suffering. You came in the flesh in the form of Jesus and you suffered brutal temptations and ultimately suffered on the Cross. As unbearable emotions bubble up inside of us, help us to remember that You know what we are going through and that Your love for us remains strong. In Jesus' name, Amen.
8/30/05 - FOR THE KINGDOM OF GOD TO MANIFEST ITSELF ON THE EARTH
O LORD, our Father, Thy Kingdom come Thy will be done! Let the things of earth and the things of heaven be the same. Help us as Christians to bear witness to the Kingdom and spread the Kingdom throughout the earth making disciples in all nations. Let us walk in joy and love through the power of Your Son Jesus. In His name we pray. Amen.

O Lord, fill believers with strong devotion to the Lord and strong discipline in the arena of prayer. Raise up prayer warriors and evangelists to serve Christ with strong hearts. Turn homes and churches into modern day monastaries that continually lay down spiritual groundwork for revival and other massive movements of the Holy Spirit. Lord, work in our hearts, convict us of any sin. We repent of our idleness and repent for not sharing the Gospel as much as we should. Lead us and guide us and develop us into mature Christians. Revive us again! Hallelujah Thine the glory! Let our hearts blaze with the Holy Spirit so that we can go out and show the world Christian love. Send a spirit of prayer to Your Holy Church.
