How Your Order Is Processed
- After we receive your "email order" you will receive confirmation that your order has been received and is being processed.
- With that confirmation, will be an estimated time for dispatch and an invoice requiring payment.
- Payment is only acceptable in Australian dollars in the form of a 1.Direct Debt 2.Money Order 3.Cheque.
- You are required to confirm payment has been made by emailing us, this will ensure your order dispatch date is not delayed.
- Your order will be dispatched once payment has been confirmed.
- We will keep you informed of your order should there be any unexpected delays.
Conditions Of Use
- The customer should consider allowing a time buffer that you will require, from placing order to dispatching payment to delivery.We estimate time from dispatching to delivery should only take 7 to 10 working days.
- Should you have any issue about the product not fulfilling its intended use, we ask that you inform us by email within 10 working days.Detailing all the relevant information, so that we may resolve any issue quickly and equitably.
- Goods or items should only be returned once written consent has been received by Christening Wear Direct.
- The cost of shipping and handling is included in the cost of the item purchased.
- In using this service the customer agrees that no further shipping and handling charges will be charged or paid by Christening Wear Direct.
