"Write the vision and make it plain that he may run that readeth it." Hosea
Many years ago as I was driving across the 480 bridge that goes over the valley towards State Road, I beheld an image that stood tall over Cleveland's near west side. It was an image of Jesus, a giant representation of him in a classic pose, with arms outstretched in welcoming fashion. He was dressed in a white robe that went down to his sandaled feet.

In the 'last days' the prophet trumpeted,"I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh...and your young men shall see visions...." (Acts 2, Joel)

Another one. God was trying to show me something again. This was not the first "sign" or vision that I had seen nor was I the only one to whom the Spirit was whispering 'hints' as to what God had planned for this area and this time. But as foretold by the prophets: God was pouring out his Spirit and showing signs and wonders.(Read Acts 2) He was moving through sons and daughters, young men and old, communicating and confirming his plans; as it is written-

      Surely the Lord God will do nothing but he reveal his plans to his      
       servants...       Amos 3.7
The apparition of Christ standing over this area, with arms outstretched seemed to me a portent of good things to come- that Jesus was coming in a big way. It was a sign assuredley, and signs point to something. Over the years I've heard how similar signs and visions from God have been communicated to others. And no doubt many like me were seeking to understand what was going on. What were these things pointing to?

"Searching what or what manner of time the Spirit of Christ which was in them did signify when it testified beforehand..."1 Peter 1.11

God in his mysterious way was letting His people know what was coming. Like members of the same body: the eye was seeing, the ears were hearing and the hands were feeling the same thing; breathings from the Lord about a mighty spiritual awakening that would have a world wide impact and would begin in this area of the North Coast.
                   "...and He will show you things to come." John 16.13
And now after so many years the winds are blowing such that it is obvious that the season of change is upon us. Many throughout the Christian community of Northeastern Ohio have been in a long, dark and stormy season; 'children of promise' hanging on and hoping against hope until their change come. But now we find the clouds are parting and morning is breaking with the bright light of the Son. This verse was quickened to me as the fresh winds began to blow-
     
                  "Rise up my love, my fair one, and come away. For, lo,
                    the winter is past, the rain  is over and gone, the flowers appear on 
                    the earth; the time of the singing of birds is here..."
                                                                                     Song of Songs 2.10-12
Yes, a glorious new season is here!
Christ is come in a special season of visitation as the 'God of promise' becomes for us the 'God of fulfillment'!
This is the hour!
A year of release!
A season of divine favor!
This is the time when he may be found.Isaiah 55.6
This is the season that the Spirit did signify.

...to everything there is a season and a time for every purpose under heaven.
