| Where do we begin? A meeting in person, or by mail |

| A meeting in person: There is no obligation, I will gladly meet with you to discuss questions and/or plan a future project. We will start with a design consultation. The first hour of this consultation is FREE, which includes helping you to organize your photos, fill in the inventory sheet, and decide on the details of your project. We will also discuss and sign the customer agreement to best meet your needs and budget. Should you need more time for assistance with photo organization, my fee is $12 per hour, billed in half hour increments. By Mail: Email or call me with any questions. We will discuss your project either by email or phone. Then you will print out (or I can mail) the customer agreement and the inventory sheet. Fill in the inventory sheet and label the pictures using a sticky note on the back (This is optional. It is up to you how much control you want over the project. It is ok if you would rather just send the pictures and leave the organization up to me.) Initial and sign the customer agreement. Mail these two forms, along with your photos, any memorabilia (also optional) you would like used in your project, and the 50% deposit. Please put the photos in a baggie to protect them from possibly getting wet during mailing. I will immediately notify you when I receive your package. I will keep you updated and stay in contact through email or phone. Upon completion of your project, I will notify you of the remaining balance. Once payment is cleared, your project will be mailed to you with insurance and delivery confirmation. Click here for the Customer Agreement The inventory sheet is NOT REQUIRED. If you choose to leave the page design up to me, that's fine, but be sure to mark any pictures you do not want cropped or glued. Click here for the Photo Inventory Sheet: First page print one, second page print however many more you need, depending on if you are purchasing single pages, or the 20 page album. Accepted forms of payment include cash (only if in person), money order, or a personal check. HOME |
